ゴールデンウイークが終わっちゃいますね。
4月27日からの１０連休でした。
4月28日から5月2日まで、毎日、実家の断捨離をしていました。
そして、5月3日、4日はそのゴミ出し。
もともと、名古屋から実家の裏のマンションに引っ越ししたときに、
名古屋から運んだ荷物が入りきらなくて、生活に必要ではない、アルバム類を、
実家の最上階の階段の踊り場に、カラーボックス込みで預けていました。
あと、ブラウン管のＴＶとか、地デジ以前のレコーダーとか、ＰＳ２とか・・・
1年くらい前に、まずは、古いブラウン管ＴＶ，ステレオ、レコーダーなどを、
業者に引き取ってもらいました。（有料）
その際に、従姉が持ち込んでいた古いベビーカーなども、区の粗大ごみに出しました。
今回は、
（１）部屋の収納からあふれて階段のあちこちに、点在するあれやこれやをなくす。
（２）我が家のアルバムを引き取る。
（３）明らかにもう使わないものを手放す。
を、目標にしました。
（実績）
文庫本を400冊以上、ネットオフに引き取ってもらいました。
市販のＣＤやレコードを録音していたカセットテープを400本ほど、ゴミに出しました。
我が家のアルバムを３段カラーボックス2本分、自宅に運びました。
45リットルのゴミ袋30袋以上を、ゴミ収集に出しました。
さすがに小学校の教科書はなかったけど、
中学、高校、大学の教科書とノートがありました。
毎日、5階の荷物を1階まで階段で運んで、
膝ががくがくになり、腕は筋肉痛です。
最終日に家具を運びに来てくれた息子2号がいなかったら、終わらなかったかも。
今後の目標としては、階段の隙間にいろいろ置いてある
引き出物の未使用の食器を、使ってくれ人のもとに届ける。少なくとも、
階段からは撤去する。
残るは粗大ごみ8点の排出です。
（区に申し込んでから2週間かかります）
80歳を超えた父母に、家の片づけをしろというのは、無理なので、
私と妹が動けるうちに、なんとかしなければと、思っています。
ちなみに、夫は、実家の階段の登り降りが怖いので、家で留守番していました。

About a year ago, first of all, old CRT TVs, stereos, recorders, etc.
I had it taken over by a business owner. (paid)
At that time, I put out the old baby stroller that my cousin had brought with me as oversized garbage in the ward.
This time,
(1) Eliminate this and that that overflows from the storage in the room and is scattered here and there on the stairs.
(2) Take home the album.
(3) Letting go of things you obviously don't use anymore.
was the goal.

Netoff took over 400 paperback books.
I threw out about 400 cassette tapes that were used to record commercial CDs and records.
I carried my family's albums to my home in two three-tiered color boxes.
More than 30 45-liter garbage bags were collected for garbage collection.
As expected, there were no textbooks in elementary school,
I had middle school, high school, and university textbooks and notebooks.
Every day, carry the luggage on the 5th floor up the stairs to the 1st floor,
My knees are stiff and my arms are sore.
If it wasn't for my son No. 2 who came to carry the furniture on the last day, it might not have ended.
As a future goal, various things are placed in the gaps of the stairs
Deliver unused tableware as a gift to someone who will use it. at least,
Remove from stairs.
The rest is the discharge of 8 items of oversized garbage.
(It takes two weeks after applying to the ward.)
It is impossible to ask parents who are over 80 years old to clean up the house.
I think I have to do something while my sister and I can move.
By the way, my husband was afraid to go up and down the stairs at his parents' house, so he stayed at home.
