昔の自分のブログを読み返していると、改めてまた、気付くことがあります。
『自分の不満を他人のせいにしない代わりに、他人の満足のために自分が我慢をしない。』
って、少し忘れかけていました。
土日は病み上がりのオットに付き合うようにしていましたが、すでに職場復帰もしたし、
わたしの休みはわたしのために使っても良かろう・・・
憧れの名古屋の美魔女が永年続けているという、ホットヨガをついにGWから始めました。
わたしはケチなので、サブスクリプション型の契約なら、きっと通い続けられるはず。
室温も湿度も高めに調整された部屋の中でのヨガはすぐに汗だくになります。
ヨガインストラクターがやたら、自分を誉めましょう的な発言をするのは、
聞いていてこそばゆいのですが（へそ曲がり）、呼吸に集中するのは気持ち良いです。
そして、片足で立てません（ ＾ω＾）・・・
体幹ブレブレです。
胡坐もかけません。
ヨガ後のシャワーでめんどくさいので、何年かぶりにショートカットにしました。
１年後には、しなやかで柔軟な身体に成長しているはずです！

On Saturdays and Sundays, I tried to hang out with Ott, who was recovering from illness, but I have already returned to work,
You can use my vacation for me...
I finally started hot yoga from GW, where the beautiful witch of Nagoya, who I admired, has been doing for many years.
I'm stingy, so if it's a subscription type contract, I'm sure I can keep going.
Yoga in a room with high room temperature and high humidity will quickly make you sweat.
Yoga instructors make remarks like praise themselves,
It feels good to just listen to it (my navel), but it feels good to focus on my breathing.
And I can't stand on one leg (^ω^)...
It's a trunk blur.
I don't sit cross-legged.
Taking a shower after yoga is troublesome, so I took a short cut for the first time in years.
After a year, you should be growing into a supple and flexible body!
