この時期にツユクサ見るっけ？ っと思いました。調べると花期は6月〜9月とあるようですが、よく見かけるのはやはり梅雨の頃、との印象が強いです。ましてや今は10月。これはカンペキに、季節が後ろにずれていますね？？

I am not sure if I have seen any this flower in October. I checked its flower season, it's between June and September. I think that I see them many times, during rainy season. It's now October. I believe that the season wouldn't be match with the calendar that we use for our daily lives. (?)

夜に灯りの下で出会った、とあるスキマ草。白い花が浮かび上がって、こちらを見ているようでした。人の通りが減って、静かになって聞こえてくるような何か。それは、何か。

I saw the sukima-soh(plant) under the light. Each white flowers got spot light. The flowers would have changed into eye. It seemed like they looked at me. There were less people passing than daytime on the road. There, we could hear something... What would it be...?

セイタカアワダチソウ、と思ったのですが、違っていたらすみません。
で、こんな感じの黄色い花を、秋の始めに見ますよね。彼岸花見ないなー？ っと、赤い花については頭に浮かんでいたのですけど、こっちの花のことは忘れていた、見て思い出した、というお話でした。

I think that the yellow flower is Tall goldenrod, if it's not, I'm wrong, sorry.
Well, we see this kind of yellow flowers at the beginning of autumn. I was thinking of, some red flowers, it's spider lily, I hadn't seen them. I was looking for a place where I could see the red flowers. But I totally forgot about the yellow flowers that we also see them around the beginning of autumn. Oh my!

オサンポ walk - スキマ草Plant : 紫陽花の変わり種？ it's a kind of hydrangea?

秋風や
桃色紫陽花
身を晒す

There is a peach colour hydrangea
Standing and blooming

葉が紫陽花のそれと似ているので、紫陽花の仲間と思っていますが実際はどうなのでしょうか？ 一塊だけ咲いていました。

Its leaves look like hydrangea's, I thought that it is a member of hydrangea, but not sure. Only one bunch was blooming.

「どうやって1」をこのブログに載せたのは、9/27ですが、実は写真を撮ったはその1週間くらい前で、その2週間後くらいに、もう一つ新しい葉が、育っていたことになります。素晴らしい生命力です！

I upped "How 1" on this blog on the 27th of September 2019. I photographed it an earlier day, around one week before upped. So, after two weeks, the plant(sukima-soh) has got a new leaf. What a wonderful life!

バッタを見つけた草むらで、耳にするのはツクツクボウシの鳴き声でした。他にも、ジージーと鳴く蝉がいて、合わせて数匹はいたと思います。うーん？ これが十月？ 初旬ではありますが…。

I found the locust in the park, I heard some cicadas singing, too. A few or, at least ten? It's the first week of October. It's unusual. Oh, my.

私は一人
最後に咲くと
決めていました

After everyone bloomed

マリーゴールドでしょうか。花壇に二つ株があって、両方合わせての最後の一輪ぽかったですね。最後は私(僕)よ！ っと決心して咲いたかのような見事な一輪咲き、に思えました。
それかもしかしたら、まだ余力があるからのもう一花咲かす(？)、の方だったかも知れませんね。

It would be Marigold. There were two of it in the flowerbed. It's the last flower among them. I thought that the flower decided itself to be the last. Great.
Or, I guess that this Marigold has been still lively, that's why, just blooming. At all events, I was happy to see her(him?).

萩に似た花を見た日、ツクツクボウシの鳴き声を聴きました。まだ鳴けるほどの温度を、空気が持っているんですね。蝉たちの鳴き声を聴くことは好きだけれど…ど、です。

When I saw some flowers that looked like bush clover, I heard the songs of some cicadas. It told us that the temperature of the air in the area was still high. I love to hear their songs but...

咲いてみるのも

It's a Satsuki Azalea

緑色のこんもりとした中に、赤いサツキの花が一輪だけ咲いていたりするので、結構目立ちます。本来、たくさんの花を見かけるのは夏前頃だと思いますが、気まぐれ風に咲いているのに出会うとちょっと嬉しいです。そして何故咲こうとしたのか…が聞ければ、もっと楽しいんですが。

There is only one red flower in the green bush, it's easy to find it. Normally, we can see many flowers of Satsuki Azalea around before summer, I am happy to see them when they are blooming at a whim. One more thing, if I could ask them why they bloom, I would be happy with it.
