I forgot to upload an article of the 147th Niimi English Salon in English.
So here it is.
On December 13th, we had a bonen-kai party at an okonomiyaki place called "Ai".
This was our 147th session.
Twenty four members including ALTs attended the party.
When I proposed a toast, I looked back the activities of Niimi English Salon in 2011.
In 2011, we had 32 sessions in total.
Out of 32, we had 16 presentations, 12 lessons, 2 discussions and 2 parties.
Then, out of 16 presentations, 2 are on USA, 2 Taiwan, 2 Myanmar, 1 India, 1 UK, 1 Korea, 1 Cambodia, 1 Kenya, 1 Jamaica, 1 Thailand, 1 Norway, 1 the Phillipines, and 1 on mulple countries.
We are very lucky to have such multi-cultural sessions in a rual city like Niimi.
I would like to thank everyone involved.
Now, please enjoy the bonen-kai pictures.
This is the group shot at the closing of the party. (Those who left early are not in this photo, sorry.)
S-kun provided us with these wonderfully baked cookies. Thanks alot, S-kun.
I got this message card from the ALTs.
I was very happy to receive very warm-hearted messages from the ALTs.
I would like to keep up the activities of Niimi English Salon.
If you are interested in joining the salon, feel free to contact me at Niimi College.
