The fact that the Asahi Shimbun put the land up for exchange trading is almost like a fraudulent act.

The Asahi Shimbun's "head office site" in Tsukiji was formerly state-owned land that Asahi received in an exchange transaction with the Ministry of Finance in January 1973 (Showa 48).
The land Asahi offered in exchange to the Ministry of Finance was the "Asahi Hamadayama Ground Land" in Suginami Ward, which the Asahi Shimbun owned.
The locals in Suginami Ward called it the "Asahi Farm," besides the ruins, it was just a piece of land with a sports ground in the woods.
On the other hand, the former national land in Tsukiji was originally the site of the Japan Coast Guard Hydrographic and Oceanographic Department.
It has a vast area of 14,680 square meters and is one of the most prestigious locations in the city center.
Based on the area's land value, the current market value is estimated to be around 30 billion yen.
The land of the Asahi Farm ground has undergone a significant transformation through an exchange transaction.
The exchange transaction is thought to have been agreed upon by the Ministry of Finance, which received instructions from Prime Minister Kakuei Tanaka after talks between Prime Minister Tanaka and Asahi Shimbun. 
President Tomoo Hirooka agreed.
However, Hirooka was just a "salaryman president".
It is natural to imagine that Murayama and Ueno, the owners of the Asahi Shimbun, were involved behind the scenes.
Asahi is a privately owned company, and the details of the negotiations have not been disclosed.
The Ministry of Finance agreed to the "exchange deal" as part of a plan to build "official housing" on the Hamadayama grounds.
However, excavations were carried out from 1932 to 1943, and the Tsukayama Site, a historic site from the middle Jomon period, was discovered on the land.
If the Ministry of Finance had known this, it would have been obliged to protect it as a cultural asset, and it would have been "unsuitable" as a site for government housing.
Building construction would have been impossible.
The fact that the Asahi Shimbun put the land up for exchange and trade was almost fraudulent.
It was a property with almost no marketability, and its only use value was as a sports ground or park.

About NTT and Google.

The Japanese have modest minds.
Sometimes, this can work against us.
That's why we have a strange situation where people who appear on T.V. or write books and say bad things about Japan make a lot of money.
In recent years, not only stupid critics and politicians but also many academics have said foolish things like, "We should learn from Korea."

NTT is a large, excellent company that can be proud of globally.
There is a world of difference between NTT and similar companies based in the U.S., such as Google.
Google may have become one of the world's leading companies based on the number of searches it receives, but
Google's compatibility with the people who suffer huge losses due to the countless criminal acts in the internet space it dominates is terrible.
The most important things for a democracy, such as defamation of the honor of citizens, invasion of privacy, and crimes of obstruction of business, are rarely corrected due to the inaction of Google.
On the other hand, NTT.
I tried calling them today because I needed help using their online form.
In the past, a human would answer the phone from the start, but now it's a computer voice response.
Japan copies all the bad things from America.
While thinking about that, I pressed the button as instructed.
The response changed to a human being.
There was something familiar to large Japanese companies in the past.
Companies exist for their customers.
They should never make their customers wait even for a second.
The speed of the response was based on the excellence and scale of the large companies that represented Japan.
Google's Japanese branch doesn't even have a phone that connects to customers.
I think that's because they are shameless robber barons.

世界が、崩落へのカウントダウンを始めた時、或いは始めたから、本欄は生まれた。
本欄は、世界の崩落のカウントダウンを止める為に現れた。
中国という共産党一党独裁の、これ以上ないエゴイズムが、これ以上幅を利かせる事がないように。
アメリカという史上最高の国が持つ、唯一と言っていい欠陥、金融資本主義という強欲という名のエゴイズムの塊が、世界を滅ぼさぬように、「文明のターンテーブル」は生まれた。
神様は私に、これらの国々、これらの人々、世界中の人々に向かって「銀河鉄道の夜」を走らせる事を命じたのである。
銀河鉄道の夜とは、世界が崩落へのカウントダウンを始めるのを食い止める為の時刻表の事だった。
崩落のカウントダウンを始めた時刻表の事だった。
それを食い止める者としてジョバンニは生まれた。
カンパネルラも生まれたのだった。
鳥捕りですら生まれた。
現内閣の誰かがジョバンニとカンパネルラになって野田どじょう大臣を鳥捕りにできるなら、それはそれでいいのだが、それが無理な事は衆知の事実だろう。

前章続き。文中黒字化と＊は私。

読書をしたらどうかな。
僕も子どものころ、さみしいときには本を読んだ。
本は自分の世界を広げてくれたし、嫌な気持ちを軽くしてくれた。
本があれば1人でも十分楽しかった。
いや、読書に集中するために 「1人でよかった」と思えるくらいだった。

＊斎藤さんは、最後に、彼が勧める本を上げているのだが、私は、無条件に、私の、「文明のターンテーブル」、を読む事を、お勧めする。
私は、君達にも読んでもらえるように、…日本人なら誰でも読める易しい日本語で書いたし、学者でなければ分からない様な事は、書いていないはずだから。
中学生には読みにくい所も沢山あるかもしれないが、逆に、それこそが本当の人生であり、世界なのだと知る事ができるはずだ。
今、君がいる世界…学校も、家庭すらも…は、何ものでもなく、君の世界は、君が私の本を理解出来て行く毎に、広がって行くものである事を知るだろう。

或いは、今、君をイジメている者達は、何処の世界でも、何処の国でも、棲息している２割の悪党どもかもしれない事や、
所詮、彼等も、社会や、自分たちを、その様な人間に教育した家庭や社会…テレビや学校etc.の犠牲者に過ぎない事も知るだろう。
 
何よりも、人生には、世界には、そんな阿呆達では無い、素晴らしい人たちが、山ほどいることが分かるはずだから。

「底知れない悪」、「まことしやかな嘘」の国。

ところがである。
件の悪党は、その度に、ネット上で、インターネットの匿名性を利用して、
 現実に、件の様に信じ難い大金を詐取しただけではなく、私の会社と、私のビジネス人生最後の事業であったビル事業を、在日韓国人の悪党どもを総動員して、所謂、ヤクザのやり口、日本の法律の抜け道を利用して、考え得る限りの悪を働いて、所謂、傷ものにした挙句に、
ネット上で、執拗に、私に対する攻撃を為して来たのである。
日本の企業である、アメーバ、は、即座に、その複数のハンドルネームで為された筆舌に尽くし難い悪、を、削除してくれたのであるが、
米国に本社の在る、ネット管理企業は、どうにもならないのである。
私が、元気な時なら、森ビルに在るというグーグル日本支社に直接行って、ケリをつけてくる所なのだが、今は、外出もままならないから、それも出来ない。
とにかく、この在日韓国人の中の悪党は、グーグルの、検索数を細工する…それも、瞬間的に切り替えたりするは、筆舌に尽くし難い文章を、初めて私を知るであろう方々が、スマホ等で、検索する時に、検索するであろうページまで、その、悪の極みの、記事を掲示するは、とにかく、信じ難い悪を働き続けているのである。
この信じ難い程の執拗さ、粘着質の極みのような悪。
私は、本当の体験論として皆さま方に、忠告する。
日本に約56万人がいるという、在日韓国人の中で、貴方が、相手の氏素性を全く知らない人間と、相対した時は、絶対に、相手の云うことを真に受けてはいけない。
彼らの母国が、どんな歴史を持った国だったかは、既述の通り。
梅棹大人が、かつて梅棹大人にしか出来ない本当のフィールドワークを為し続けて、アジアのindecencyとは何なのか、という、真実を伝えてくれたように、
「底知れない悪」、「まことしやかな嘘」の国。
1,000年超、貧しさ、本当の貧しさの中に在り続けた国なのであるという事。
そこから生まれた悪は一朝一夕では消える訳が無い。
その事を決して忘れてはならないのである。
夢々、「おためごかし」なモラリズムで、優しくしよう、仲良くしよう、等と思って受け入れては、近づいてはいけない。
絶対に、そんな事をしてはいけないのだということを、日本国民の全てが胆に銘じて欲しいと、私は、これ以上ない実体験と共に、皆さま方に告げる。
