三越と同じでまずスチュワーデスを籠絡して「ストッキングをよこせ」とか低次元の要求でストを打たせ飛行機を止めた。　
日航はたった一人の男に引っ掻き回されて経営まで危うくなっていった。　
小倉が仕上げに入ったとき松尾の愛娘が白血病で倒れた。
小倉は急ぎ松尾に団体交渉を要求し、夜を徹して団交が続けられた。
松尾は一歩も譲らなかった。

「日本的な伝統や価値観にすがり、いい家庭環規が褒められるような社会に進歩はない。伝統や家族のしがらみを捨てた近代的個人主義に目覚めよ」と。
そしてそういう伝統破壊はかなりの分野で実現しているのだともいう。　
今さらのようだが、第一次大戦が起きたときレーニンは階級闘争の好機と捕らえた。
