The inexplicable "Biden jump.　
Japan, the U.S., and other countries sent monitoring missions to the Bosnian and Cambodian elections.　
The purpose of the monitoring is to "prevent any possible fraud on the part of the regime or others and to ensure that the elections are held correctly.　
The U.S. interferes in the elections of countries with low moral standards, but what about your country, some ask?

Meanwhile, the Trump vote did not move.　
The Biden vote rose vertically like a pole vault.
It happened simultaneously in Michigan, Wisconsin, and other states, and Trump's defeat was decided.
It is called the Biden jump.　
The reasons for this are becoming more apparent.
It resulted from far more mail-in ballots being brought in than the number of voters in those districts.　
"My late grandmother voted from the grave," Jason Morgan told me the other day in a self-deprecating tone.

The reason is that the Japanese correspondents translate and print the New York Times, which hates Trump.　
The situation is the same in this presidential election.

The presidential election, which should be fair, has been trampled on to such an extent that there are no newspapers and no remorse.　
It is hard to believe an election can be adequately held under such circumstances.
It is time for the UN and Japan to send election observers to the U.S. and monitor U.S. citizens to ensure correct voting and no cheated votes.

またまた…例によって、千葉県野田市で起きた子供虐待死事件を格好の題材として国連の人権理事会が、いそいそと日本に対して人権勧告を出したらしい。

だが、これまでとは違って日本のメディアは、こんな工作劇を喜々として報道はしない。
私が書き続けてきた結果として、真実が白日の下に晒されている今、彼らはもうそんな事はできないのである。

5年前の8月以降に、朝日新聞の購読を止め、テレビ朝日の報道ステーション、TBSのニュース２３、および、これらの局のワイドショー（こんなものは元々観ていなかったが）も観るのを止めた私だから、彼らが、どんな報道をしているのかは知らないが。

またまた…例によって、千葉県野田市で起きた子供虐待死事件を格好の題材として、国連の人権理事会が、いそいそと日本に対して人権勧告を出したらしい。
こんな動きが…日本人でありながら、わざわざスイスに本拠を構えて、国連ユネスコに対して発言権の様なものを持つ、masochistic view of historyと反日思想で凝り固まった異常な人間達に依って為され続けている。
役員に入っているのが、例によって、日弁連を支配している、5％の、共産党や中国、朝鮮半島のエージェント達である。
戦後のドサクサに、共産主義者やChongryon関係者等が入り込んで、日弁連と同様に、5％の、活動家が支配している組織であるJapan Teachers' Union。
実態はヤクザと言っても全く過言ではない解放同盟、在日朝鮮人、いわゆる学者達等に依って構成された、所謂citizen groupが、国連人権委員会に働きかけた結果の日本に対する頻繁な人権勧告である事は、もはや、日本国民の大半が知っている事実である。

上記のような、本当に愚かで卑しく、売国奴、或いはpublic enemyそのものような人間達。

とりわけ、世界最大にして最悪の人権抑圧国家である中国に支配されている組織であると言う、笑うに笑えない滑稽な組織。
およそ、人類史上、最低にして、最も醜悪な組織である。

おまけに、彼らは、世界最高の自由と知性を達成したがゆえに、文明のターンテーブルが回っている国である日本。
その日本に対して、of all things、底知れぬ悪とまことしやかな嘘の国である中国と朝鮮半島（世界に2国しかない反日教育を行っているナチズム国家である）の反日プロパガンダどおりに、頻繁に人権勧告を行う国連。
しかも、長い間、米国に次ぐ超多額の国連維持資金を支払い続けてきた日本に対してである。
彼らの給料の支払い者である日本に対してである。
米国が、そんな国連の実態に対して堪忍袋の緒を切って資金供出を停止していた間は、日本の供出金が国連を維持して来たにもかかわらずである。

日本以外の世界の国々で、子供の虐待やイジメ、家庭の崩壊による、犯罪都市状態、それらの一つ一つを報道していたならば、各国の放送局は、他のニュースが報道できないだろう。
国連よ、そんな単純な現実も見えていないのか？

東京一極に集中した日本の（特にテレビ局）メディアが、なんであれ、一つの事件が起きると、まるで大事件であるかのように集中豪雨的に大報道する。
彼らに、反日国家が乗じるパターン。
反日国家のインテリジェンスの掌中にあるのが朝日新聞やNHKだから、直ぐに反日国家が、彼らの報道に連動して、国連で告げ口外交を始める。
世界には、日常茶飯事に、天文学的に無数にある虐待事件であろうとなかろうと。

日本と並んで世界をリードして行かなければならない米国を例に挙げてみよう。
各地のスラム街に育った子供たちは、生存率すら問題なのである。

今回、真っ先に国連を動かした張本人であろう韓国は、異常としか言いようのない受験競争の反動で、若年層に依る婦女暴行事件が無数に頻発しているのである。
そもそも、中国及び韓国が、男尊女卑の最たる国家である事は歴然たる事実である。
中国全土の学校で女生徒達による売春組織のようなものが出来ていること。
共産党の幹部たちが、これを格好の食い物にしている実態については、先年、ニューズウィーク誌が明かした通りである。

カースト制度のくびきに在るインドにおける滅茶苦茶な婦女暴行事件は、正に無数。
アフリカでは女生徒たちの集団拉致、
中南米では、マフィアの暴力で生きる事さえ、ままならないとして、これまでは、子供たちが、数人で歩いたり貨物列車に無賃乗車したりして米国を目指した。
先日、妙な事に、集団化して（まるでアフリカから欧州を目指すような態様で）米国を目指す運動をニュースで観た。
私は、これはトランプに対する打撃、彼の人気を落とすために、トランプ追い落としのために、中国が仕掛けたものだと直感したが。

似非モラリズムとポリティカル・コレクトネス以外に何も持たず、朝日新聞だけを読んでいる、本当に低能で不勉強な社員たちが、キャスターなどと称して、この作られたデモ＝不法移民の集団化に対して、トランプが断固として阻止している至極当然の態様に対して、さもトランプが人非人であるかのような表情を作って、watch9の有馬と桑子は、of all things、トランプ大統領を批判した。
もはや、このとんでもな二人の、常態であり常套手段だが。
だが、５％のエージェント達には支配されていない人間達が、NHKに存在しているのも当然なのだ。
先日、ある番組で、この中南米からの集団、違法入国行動は、実は、あるSNSに依って始められた事、集団化に成功した後は、その発信者=策謀者達に連絡が取れない状態になっている事を、NHKは報道していた。
だが、watch9の有馬と桑子は、この事実が自分たちの内部から明らかにされているにも拘わらず、これまでの報道姿勢に対して、ただの一度も、ただの一言も、お詫びも、訂正も無いのである。

こういう厚顔無恥な連中…
私が愛するフランス人全部が嫌いになりそうな瀬戸際に気が着いた真実である「左翼小児病」に侵された連中が、日本の千葉県で起きた、一家族の子供虐待が、日本全国共通の無数の問題であるかのように装って、本当に愚かで、卑しく、もはや人類の敵であると言っても過言ではない国連を利用して、日本を攻撃するのである。

だが、先般、婦女暴行事件を起こした新井某なるタレントが（NHKだけは、その事実には蓋をしたままだが）本名は、各社が報道したように、れっきとした在日朝鮮人だったように。
先年、尼崎を舞台にして起きた、悪を象徴したかのような中年女性が、核になって、一族郎党をリンチして殺した陰惨な事件、
或いは、子供に対して性的暴行まで加えて火を放って殺した事件、これらは皆、在日朝鮮人が起こした事件なのである。

今回、これ幸いと、彼らが、国連に勧告まで出させた事件の父親とは、一体、どんな素性の人間なのか？
何故か、日本のメディアは全く報じていないのである。
国連と、ご注進に及んだ連中は、その真相を知った上での行動なのか？

Again...as usual, the UNUN Human Rights Council has rushed to issue a human rights recommendation to Japan, using the abusive child deaths in Noda City, Chiba Prefecture, as the perfect subject for its recommendations.

Unlike in the past, however, the Japanese media is not gleefully reporting this kind of manipulative drama.
They can no longer do so now that the truth has been exposed in the light of day due to what I have been writing.

I don't know what they are reporting since I stopped subscribing to the Asahi Shimbun after August 5 years ago and stopped watching T.V. Asahi's News Station, TBS's News 23, and their T.V. talk shows (which I never watched in the first place).

As usual, the Human Rights Council of the United Nations has issued a human rights recommendation to Japan, using as a good subject the child abuse case in Noda City, Chiba Prefecture, as an example.
A group is making such a move of Japanese nationals with a masochistic view of history and an anti-Japanese mindset who are based in Switzerland and have some say in UNESCO.
The board members are, as usual, agents of the Communist Party, China, and the Korean Peninsula, the 5% who control the Japan Federation of Bar Associations.
The Japan Teachers' Union is controlled by the same 5% of activists as the Japan Federation of Bar Associations, which was infiltrated by communists, Chongryon-related people, and others during the postwar crunch.
It is no longer an exaggeration to say that the majority of the Japanese people are aware of the fact that the so-called citizen group, consisting of the Liberation League, which is, in fact, a yakuza, zainichi Koreans, so-called scholars, and others, has frequently issued human rights recommendations against Japan as a result of lobbying the U.N. Human Rights Commission.

The people mentioned above are foolish, despicable traitors or public enemies themselves.

In Japan, countless people in each corner of the country are doing an excellent job as national treasures, as defined by Saicho.
They are the best in the world and do the best work day and night.
The above people are the exact opposite.
They are the opposite of the majority of the Japanese people.
It is no exaggeration to say that they are the remnants of the Comintern.

It is the stupidity, baseness, incompetence, and ugliness of the United Nations that such people drive.
In particular, it is an organization controlled by China, the world's largest and worst suppressor of human rights, an organization so ridiculous that it is almost laughable.
It is the worst and most hideous organization in the history of humankind.

The United Nations frequently issues human rights recommendations to Japan, in line with the anti-Japanese propaganda, of all things, China, a country of abysmal evil and plausible lies, and the Korean Peninsula (a Nazi nation that is one of the only two countries in the world to practice anti-Japanese education).
Moreover, it is against Japan, which has long been paying a massive sum to maintain the U.N., second only to the U.S.
Japan is the payer of their salaries.
This is despite the fact that Japan's contributions have sustained the U.N. for as long as the U.S. has been unbearably patient with it and has stopped contributing funds.

If every other country in the world were to report on child abuse, bullying, and the breakdown of families in crime-ridden urban areas, broadcasters would not be able to report any other news.
Can't you see such a simple reality, U.N.?
Japan's media (especially television stations) is highly concentrated in Tokyo, so whenever an incident occurs, they report it extensively, as if it were a significant event.
The pattern is that the anti-Japanese nation gets on their bandwagon.
The Asahi Shimbun and NHK are in the hands of the intelligence of anti-Japanese countries, so the anti-Japanese countries will immediately begin tell-tale diplomacy at the United Nations in response to their reporting.
There are an astronomical number of cases of abuse all over the world, whether they are everyday occurrences or not.

Take the United States as an example, which must lead the world along with Japan.
Children growing up in slums in various parts of the world, even the survival rate is a problem.

In South Korea, the country that was the first to move to the United Nations this time, there have been countless cases of assaults on women by young people as a reaction to what can only be described as an abnormal competition for entrance examinations.
It is an obvious fact that China and South Korea are the most male-dominated countries in the world.
There are prostitution rings run by female students in schools all over China.
As Newsweek magazine revealed last year, the Communist Party cadres are preying on them.

In India, which is under the yoke of the caste system, the number of cases of rape of women is truly innumerable.
In Africa, there are mass abductions of schoolgirls,
In Latin America, children have walked or ridden freight trains on foot to reach the U.S. because they could not even survive due to the violence of the mafia.
Oddly enough, the other day, I saw a movement on the news trying to reach the U.S. massively (as if they were trying to reach Europe from Africa).
My intuition was that this was a plot by China to hit Trump, to make him less popular, to bring him down.

The truly incompetent and uneducated employees, who have nothing but pseudo-moralism and political correctness and only read the Asahi Shimbun, calling themselves newscasters, criticized Watch9's Arima and Kuwako of all things, President Trump as if he were a monster in response to the perfectly natural action of Trump resolutely preventing this manufactured demonstration, which is essentially the grouping of illegal immigrants.
It is a common and usual practice of these two pompous people.
But it is no surprise that there are people on NHK who the agents of the 5% do not control.
The other day, NHK reported on one of its programs that a social networking service initiated this group of illegal immigrants from Central and South America. 
Once the group was successfully organized, it was impossible to contact its originator=plotter.
Yet, despite being revealed from within their ranks, Arima and Kuwako of watch9 have never once, not a single word, apology, or correction for their past reporting stance.

These thick-skinned people...
These people, who have fallen prey to "leftist pedophilia," a truth I realized on the brink of hating all the French people I love, are so stupid and despicable as to pretend that one family's child abuse in Chiba Prefecture, Japan, is a myriad of problems common to all of Japan, and are now using the United Nations, which is indeed the enemy of humanity, as an excuse to attack Japan. 
The U.N., which is truly stupid, despicable, and no longer an enemy of humanity, is used to attack Japan.

However, as other media have reported, the actual name of a certain Arai who was involved in a recent rape case (NHK is the only one that has kept a lid on this fact) is a Korean resident of Japan.
The gruesome incident that took place in Amagasaki last year, in which a middle-aged woman who seemed to represent evil was the core of a lynching and murder of her entire family,
and the incident in which a man sexually assaulted a child and then set the house on fire to kill him - these were all crimes committed by Korean residents of Japan.

This time, they took advantage of the situation and even had the United Nations issue a warning to Japan. 
Who is the man who caused this incident?
For some reason, the Japanese media has not reported this case.
Did the United Nations, which issued a human rights recommendation to Japan, and those who reported the matter to the U.N. know the truth of the situation?

東洋史の泰斗で（ハーバード大名誉教授のジョン・フェアバンクがいう米国人像は「（つい昨日まで黒人奴隷に鞭し、先住民を殺し捲りながら）自らを道徳的に高みに置いて聖人ぶった態度と独善的な自負心を以て（植民地獲得に狂奔する）欧州諸国を批判する」自己欺瞞に満ちた姿を示している。　
確かに米国人が口を開けば米国は民主主義と公正さの手本のようにいう。　
東ティモールがインドネシアから独立して最初の大統領選があったときも米国の音頭で日本を含む先進国から選挙監視団が送り込まれた。　

不可解な「バイデンジャンプ」が　
ボスニアの選挙にも、カンボジアの選挙にも日米などが監視団を送っている。　
監視は「政権側などに不正を行う可能性がある場合、それを防止し、正しい選挙が行われるよう」にするためだ。　
道徳的な高みに立って民度の低い国の選挙に干渉する米国だが、ではお前の国はどうなのかと問う声がある。　
厳密にいうと４年前の大統領選からそういう疑惑はあった。　
こちらもよく覚えている。
ニューヨーク・タイムズなどはとやかくいうが、世界はトランプを好感していた。　
聖人ぶったマッカーサーが押し付けた「平和を愛する諸国民に縋って」軍隊も交戦権も放棄した憲法をトランプは「やめちまえ」といっていた。
日本再起を促せる米大統領と期待したものだ。　
そして開票は順調に進んでいた。
トランプの得票率は58％、バイデン同45％で推移して夜中、もう安心だろうと寝た。　
翌朝、起きてびっくりした。
逆転しているのだ。
票の推移をみるとバイデンの得票率が現地時間の朝、一瞬のうちに90％に達した。
その間、トランプ票は動かない。　
バイデン票がまるで棒高跳びのように垂直に上昇したのだ。
それがミシガン州やウィスコンシン州などで一斉に起きてトランプの敗北が決まった。
これを称してバイデンジャンプという。　
理由はおいおい分かってきた。
当該選挙区の有権者数を遥かに超える郵便投票が持ち込まれた結果だった。　
「亡くなった祖母も墓場から投票していた」とジェーソン・モーガン氏がこの前、自虐気味に話してくれた。　
しかし日本の新聞はその異様を一切報じない。　
なぜならば日本の特派員はトランプを嫌うニューヨーク・タイムズをただ翻訳して出稿する形を崩さないからだ。　
今回の大統領選も状況は同じ。
トランプについては「根拠なしに選挙を盗まれたと主張する」と異様な蔑みの枕詞を冠して報じ続ける。　

「たちが悪い」と人格批判も
民主党側の各州検事も「つばさの党」そこのけで、様々な疑惑をほじり出しては大統領選のさなかにトランプを訴追する。
ニューヨーク州検事局は９年前のポルノ女優との不倫騒ぎを蒸し返して起訴し、トランプの選挙戦を妨害する。　
トランプは他にも機密文書を持ち出したとか、４つの刑事犯罪で90件の訴訟を起こされ、選挙戦も満足に戦えていない。　
他に資産過大申告の罪で民事訴訟も起こされ、その判決で民主党系の判事は「トランプはたちが悪い」と人格批判を判決文にまで書き込んでいた。　
公正であるべき大統領選をここまで踏みにじり、新聞も反省もない。　
こんな状況で選挙がまともに行われるとも思えない。
国連も日本も今こそ米国に選挙監視団を送り込んで、米市民が正しく投票し、インチキをしないように監視してみたらどうか。

As autoridades americanas obtiveram alegadamente os documentos escritos por cientistas militares e altos funcionários chineses da saúde pública em 2015, no âmbito da sua investigação sobre as origens da COVID-19.
Os cientistas chineses descreveram os coronavírus da SRA - dos quais a COVID é um exemplo - como apresentando uma “nova era de armas genéticas”.
Os coronavírus são uma grande família de vírus. Vários deles causam doenças respiratórias nos seres humanos, desde a constipação comum à síndrome respiratória aguda grave (SARS).
Os documentos do PLA referenciados parecem fantasiar que um ataque com armas biológicas poderia causar o “colapso do sistema médico do inimigo”.

A China notificou o primeiro caso de COVID-19 na cidade central chinesa de Wuhan no final de 2019 e, desde então, a doença mortal tornou-se uma pandemia, afectando mais de 15 77 89 300 pessoas e causando mais de 32 85 200 mortes em todo o mundo.
O deputado Tom Tugendhat e o político australiano James Paterson afirmaram que o documento suscita grandes preocupações quanto à transparência da China relativamente às origens da COVID-19.
Tugendhat, presidente da Comissão de Assuntos Externos da Câmara dos Comuns, foi citado no “The Sun” como tendo dito: “O interesse evidente da China em armas biológicas é altamente preocupante. Mesmo sob os mais rigorosos controlos, estas armas são perigosas.
“Este documento levanta grandes preocupações sobre as ambições de alguns dos que aconselham a liderança do partido.”
Peter Jennings, diretor executivo do Australian Strategic Policy Institute (ASPI), disse ao news.com.au que o documento é o mais próximo de uma “arma fumegante” que temos.
“Penso que isto é significativo porque mostra claramente que os cientistas chineses estavam a pensar na aplicação militar de diferentes estirpes de coronavírus e na forma como poderiam ser utilizadas”, disse Jennings.
“Começa a confirmar-se a possibilidade de estarmos perante a libertação acidental de um agente patogénico para uso militar”, acrescentou Jennings.
O documento pode explicar a razão pela qual a China tem sido tão relutante em efetuar investigações externas sobre as origens da COVID-19.
“Se se tratasse de um caso de transmissão a partir de um mercado húmido, seria do interesse da China cooperar... o que aconteceu foi o contrário”.
Entre os 18 autores listados no documento estão cientistas e especialistas em armamento do Exército de Libertação Popular.
O australiano pediu a Robert Potter, um especialista em cibersegurança que analisa documentos vazados do governo chinês, para verificar o documento. O especialista afirma que o documento não é falso.
“Chegámos a uma conclusão de alta confiança de que era genuíno... Não é falso, mas cabe a outra pessoa interpretar o quão sério é", disse Potter ao news.com.au.
“Surgiu nos últimos anos... eles (China) vão quase de certeza tentar removê-lo agora que foi coberto”.
Após a investigação da Organização Mundial de Saúde (OMS) no início deste ano, subsistem dúvidas sobre as origens do vírus mortal. A organização ordenou uma nova investigação, considerando a possibilidade de uma fuga de placas.
A maioria dos cientistas afirmou que não há provas de que a COVID-19 seja artificial. Ainda assim, subsistem dúvidas sobre a possibilidade de ter escapado de um laboratório biológico secreto em Wuhan, onde a pandemia teve origem.
A China tem vindo a efetuar investigação de alto risco sobre “ganho de função” no Instituto de Virologia de Wuhan (WIV), perto do ponto de partida do surto, o mercado de marisco de Huanan.
Até à data, não existem provas que sugiram que a China o tenha libertado intencionalmente.
Entretanto, o jornal estatal Global Times, de Pequim, criticou o The Australian por ter publicado o artigo para difamar a China.
Um livro académico que explora o bioterrorismo e a possibilidade de os vírus serem utilizados na guerra foi interpretado como uma teoria da conspiração pelo The Australian, que pretende deliberada e malignamente inventar pretextos para difamar a China, disse Chen Hong, professor e diretor do Centro de Estudos Australianos da Universidade Normal da China Oriental, ao jornal.

Des scientifiques militaires chinois auraient étudié la possibilité d'armer les coronavirus cinq ans avant la pandémie de COVID-19. 
Ils pourraient avoir prédit une troisième guerre mondiale à l'aide d'armes biologiques, selon des médias se référant à des documents obtenus par le département d'État américain.
Selon le journal britannique The Sun, citant des informations d'abord publiées par The Australian, les documents « bombes » obtenus par le département d'État américain montreraient que les commandants de l'Armée populaire de libération (APL) chinoise ont fait cette sinistre prédiction.
Les autorités américaines auraient obtenu les documents rédigés par des scientifiques militaires et de hauts responsables chinois de la santé publique en 2015 dans le cadre de leur enquête sur les origines du COVID-19.
Les scientifiques chinois ont décrit les coronavirus du SRAS - dont le COVID est un exemple - comme une « nouvelle ère d'armes génétiques ».

« Nous sommes parvenus à la conclusion qu'il s'agissait d'un document authentique... Ce n'est pas un faux, mais c'est à quelqu'un d'autre d'interpréter sa gravité", a déclaré M. Potter à news.com.au.
« Elle est apparue au cours des dernières années... il est presque certain qu'elle (la Chine) essaiera de l'enlever maintenant qu'elle a été couverte.
Des questions subsistent sur les origines du virus mortel après une enquête de l'Organisation mondiale de la santé (OMS) qui a fait couler beaucoup d'encre au début de l'année. L'organisation a ordonné un complément d'enquête, envisageant la possibilité d'une fuite de la dalle.
La plupart des scientifiques ont déclaré que rien ne prouvait que le COVID-19 était artificiel. Toutefois, des questions subsistent quant à la possibilité qu'il se soit échappé d'un laboratoire biologique secret situé à Wuhan, d'où est partie la pandémie.
La Chine mène des recherches à haut risque sur le « gain de fonction » à l'Institut de virologie de Wuhan (WIV), près du point zéro de l'épidémie, le marché aux fruits de mer de Huanan.
Jusqu'à présent, rien n'indique que la Chine ait intentionnellement diffusé le virus.
Entre-temps, le journal d'État Global Times de Pékin a reproché à The Australian d'avoir publié l'article dans le but de dénigrer la Chine.

Medienberichten zufolge, die sich auf Dokumente des US-Außenministeriums berufen, könnten sie einen mit biologischen Waffen geführten Dritten Weltkrieg vorausgesagt haben.

Scienziati militari cinesi avrebbero studiato l'armamento dei coronavirus cinque anni prima della pandemia COVID-19. 
Potrebbero aver previsto una Terza Guerra Mondiale combattuta con armi biologiche, secondo quanto riportato dai media che fanno riferimento a documenti ottenuti dal Dipartimento di Stato americano.
Secondo il quotidiano britannico The Sun, che cita notizie pubblicate per la prima volta da The Australian, i documenti “bomba” ottenuti dal Dipartimento di Stato americano mostrerebbero che i comandanti dell'Esercito Popolare di Liberazione (PLA) cinese hanno fatto la sinistra previsione.
I funzionari statunitensi avrebbero ottenuto i documenti scritti da scienziati militari e alti funzionari della sanità pubblica cinese nel 2015, nell'ambito delle loro indagini sulle origini della COVID-19.
Gli scienziati cinesi hanno descritto i coronavirus della SARS - di cui il COVID è un esempio - come una “nuova era di armi genetiche”.
I coronavirus sono una grande famiglia di virus. Diversi di essi causano malattie respiratorie nell'uomo, dal comune raffreddore alla sindrome respiratoria acuta grave (SARS).
I documenti del PLA a cui si fa riferimento sembrano fantasticare sul fatto che un attacco con armi biologiche potrebbe causare il “collasso del sistema medico del nemico”.
Il documento fa riferimento al lavoro del colonnello dell'aeronautica statunitense Michael J. Ainscough, che ha previsto che la terza guerra mondiale potrebbe essere combattuta con armi biologiche.
Il documento include anche una riflessione sul fatto che la SARS - che ha colpito la Cina nel 2003 - potrebbe essere stata un'arma biologica artificiale deliberatamente scatenata da “terroristi”.

Secondo quanto riferito, i virus potrebbero essere “manipolati artificialmente in un virus di malattia umana emergente, quindi armati e scatenati in un modo mai visto prima”.

La Cina ha segnalato il primo caso di COVID-19 nella città centrale cinese di Wuhan alla fine del 2019 e da allora la malattia mortale è diventata una pandemia, colpendo più di 15.77.89.300 persone e causando oltre 32.85.200 morti in tutto il mondo.
Il deputato Tom Tugendhat e il politico australiano James Paterson hanno dichiarato che il documento solleva notevoli preoccupazioni circa la trasparenza della Cina sulle origini della COVID-19.
Tugendhat, presidente del Comitato ristretto per gli affari esteri della Camera dei Comuni, è stato citato dal “The Sun” per affermare che: “L'evidente interesse della Cina per le armi biologiche è molto preoccupante. Anche con i controlli più severi, queste armi sono pericolose.
“Questo documento solleva grandi preoccupazioni sulle ambizioni di alcuni di coloro che consigliano i vertici del partito”.
Peter Jennings, direttore esecutivo dell'Australian Strategic Policy Institute (ASPI), ha dichiarato a news.com.au che il documento è quanto di più vicino a una “pistola fumante” abbiamo.
“Penso che sia significativo perché dimostra chiaramente che gli scienziati cinesi stavano pensando ad applicazioni militari per diversi ceppi di coronavirus e a come potrebbero essere impiegati”, ha detto Jennings.
“Inizia a consolidare la possibilità che si tratti di un rilascio accidentale di un agente patogeno per uso militare”, ha aggiunto Jennings.

Tra i 18 autori del documento figurano scienziati ed esperti di armi dell'Esercito Popolare di Liberazione.
L'Australian ha chiesto a Robert Potter, uno specialista di sicurezza informatica che analizza i documenti del governo cinese trapelati, di verificare il documento. Egli afferma che il documento non è falso.
“Siamo giunti alla conclusione che si tratta di un documento autentico... Non è un falso, ma sta a qualcun altro interpretarne la gravità", ha dichiarato Potter a news.com.au.
“È emerso negli ultimi anni... quasi certamente la Cina cercherà di rimuoverlo ora che è stato coperto”.
Rimangono dubbi sull'origine del virus mortale dopo un'indagine molto discussa dell'Organizzazione Mondiale della Sanità (OMS) all'inizio di quest'anno. L'organizzazione ha ordinato un'ulteriore indagine, considerando la possibilità di una fuga di lastre.
La maggior parte degli scienziati ha affermato che non ci sono prove che il COVID-19 sia artificiale. Tuttavia, rimangono dubbi sul fatto che possa essere sfuggito da un laboratorio biologico segreto a Wuhan, dove ha avuto origine la pandemia.
La Cina ha condotto ricerche ad alto rischio di “guadagno di funzioni” presso l'Istituto di virologia di Wuhan (WIV), vicino al punto di partenza dell'epidemia, il mercato dei frutti di mare di Huanan.
Finora non ci sono prove che indichino che la Cina lo abbia rilasciato intenzionalmente.

Mas os próprios chineses estão a assumir a liderança nesta destruição ambiental.

O texto que se segue foi retirado da coluna de Masayuki Takayama na última secção do semanário Shincho de hoje.
Este artigo prova também que é um jornalista único no mundo do pós-guerra.
Há muito tempo, uma idosa professora da Royal Ballet School do Mónaco, muito respeitada pelas primeiras bailarinas de todo o mundo, visitou o Japão.
Nessa altura, falou sobre a importância da existência de um artista.
Ela disse: “Os artistas são importantes porque são os únicos que podem lançar luz sobre verdades ocultas e escondidas e expressá-las”.
Ninguém contestaria as suas palavras.
Não é exagero dizer que Masayuki Takayama não é apenas o único jornalista do mundo do pós-guerra, mas também o único artista do mundo do pós-guerra.

Carros em chamas
Lin Yutang, o único intelectual da China, define “os meus chineses”, com auto-depreciação, como “obedecer à autoridade”, “abster-se de falar em silêncio” e “ter sabedoria”.　
Por isso, diz, tornaram-se pessoas adoráveis que “bebem chá, fumam ópio, adoram a Ópera de Pequim e maltratam os japoneses” nos tempos livres.　
Mas este é um retrato demasiado dramático.　
Os chineses passaram a maior parte dos seus 5.000 anos de história como escravos de dinastias estrangeiras.
As características de Lin Yutang podem ser substituídas por uma palavra: “espírito de escravo”.　
Para além disso, falta a caraterística mais essencial do povo Shina, “cuspir mentiras e enganar os outros”.　
Ultimamente, é o peso dos tempos, mas as mentiras que contam tornaram-se cada vez mais espectaculares.
É a mentira sobre o aquecimento global e os gases com efeito de estufa.　
Os chineses dizem que, se continuarmos a queimar combustíveis fósseis, o gelo do Ártico derreterá devido ao efeito de estufa do C0₂ e a Terra perecerá devido a condições meteorológicas anormais.　
Mas são os próprios chineses que estão a liderar esta destruição ambiental.　
Emitem 1/3 do CO2 do mundo e poluem os rios e os oceanos.
No outro dia, o rio Huangpu, em Xangai, estava cheio de carcaças de 10 000 porcos mortos.　
Este tipo de poluição flui para o oceano, e os detritos marinhos chineses poluem as costas do mundo.　
Toda a gente acreditava que a Terra seria mais limpa sem os chineses.　
Mas esta é uma nação de vigaristas.
Ao cometerem fraudes ambientais, tomaram medidas para evitar acusações individuais contra a Shina.　
Maurice Strong, o “Padrinho do Ambiente”, foi quem acusou a Shina de poluição ambiental em nome da Shina.　
A sua tia chamava-se Anna Louise Strong.
Era uma jornalista americana comunista que foi favorecida por Estaline e, após a sua morte, voou para Pequim, onde Mao Tse Tung a adorava.　
Através das suas ligações, Maurice tornou-se diretor dos assuntos ambientais nas Nações Unidas, onde classificou pela primeira vez a China como um país atrasado.　
Também abraçou Al Gore, fê-lo falar sobre como o Ártico se tinha tornado num jardim de flores e criou um sistema através do qual os países desenvolvidos podiam comprar créditos de emissão de C0₂ à China.　
De seguida, lideraram a produção de energia térmica e venderam ao mundo painéis solares fabricados na China.　
Os países industrializados ocidentais, especialmente a Alemanha, foram tolos.
Acreditando que a proteção do ambiente compensaria o Holocausto, tornaram-se fantoches da China.
A energia nuclear não era um problema, mas Merkel acabou com ela e substituiu-a por painéis solares e moinhos de vento fabricados na China.　
A paisagem ficou arruinada e a fatura da eletricidade triplicou, mas os alemães continuam a desconhecer o esquema de Shina.　
Em seguida, Shina visou as emissões dos automóveis e fez Maurice dizer: “Os veículos eléctricos (VE) de Shina são a salvação.　
Ele acreditava que “os VEs vão salvar o ambiente”, apesar de a Alemanha ter Wagens, e deixou os VEs fabricados pela Shina circularem.　
Os chineses riram-se dele e disseram: “Wang baageng” (王八蛋).

A Wagen também tentou construir um, mas o incêndio da bateria de lítio ainda não foi resolvido.
Incendiaram mais dois porta-veículos e reduziram 7.000 carros a cinzas.
Quando uma bateria de lítio se incendeia, provoca uma “fuga térmica”, emitindo uma temperatura elevada de 800 graus Celsius.
Nem mesmo a água consegue apagar o fogo.　
Na China, o país de origem dos veículos eléctricos, têm-se registado muitos incêndios deste tipo. 
Se o carro estiver parado, a área circundante arde até ao chão, mas se estiver a funcionar, todos os ocupantes ardem.　
Recentemente, um veículo elétrico da marca Huawei esteve envolvido numa colisão traseira, deixando os três ocupantes queimados e num acidente que os deixou sem tempo para sair.
A BYD, que se expandiu para o Japão, teve quatro salas de exposição de veículos eléctricos incendiadas no ano passado.　
De acordo com as autoridades, sete veículos eléctricos incendeiam-se diariamente, alguns durante a condução, outros durante o carregamento e muitos estacionados.　
Diz-se que “estacionar os veículos eléctricos a 15 metros de distância de casa” é, hoje em dia, senso comum entre os chineses.　
No entanto, estas histórias não são relatadas pelos jornais e televisões japoneses.　
Será porque pensam que não se deve falar mal de algo que serve o ambiente?
Poderá ser porque não querem escrever nada que não beneficie a China.

L'article suivant est tiré de la chronique de Masayuki Takayama dans la dernière section de l'hebdomadaire Shincho d'aujourd'hui.
Cet article prouve également qu'il est un journaliste unique dans le monde de l'après-guerre.
Il y a longtemps, une femme âgée, professeur à l'École royale de ballet de Monaco, très respectée par les danseuses étoiles du monde entier, s'est rendue au Japon.
À l'époque, elle a parlé de l'importance de l'existence d'un artiste.
Elle a déclaré : « Les artistes sont importants parce qu'ils sont les seuls à pouvoir mettre en lumière des vérités cachées et dissimulées et à les exprimer. »
Personne ne conteste ses paroles.
Il n'est pas exagéré de dire que Masayuki Takayama est non seulement le seul et unique journaliste du monde de l'après-guerre, mais aussi le seul et unique artiste du monde de l'après-guerre.
Oe, par contre, à son sujet, je ne veux pas dire du mal du défunt.
Murakami et beaucoup d'autres qui se disent écrivains et se prennent pour des artistes ne méritent même pas le nom d'artiste.
Ils n'ont fait qu'exprimer les mensonges créés par l'Asahi Shimbun et d'autres, au lieu de mettre en lumière des vérités cachées et de les exprimer.
Leur existence ne se limite pas au Japon, elle est la même dans d'autres pays du monde.
En d'autres termes, il n'y a que quelques vrais artistes.
Cet article est une autre excellente preuve que j'ai raison de dire que personne dans le monde d'aujourd'hui ne mérite le prix Nobel de littérature plus que Masayuki Takayama.
Il s'agit d'un ouvrage à lire absolument, non seulement pour les Japonais, mais aussi pour le monde entier.
L'accentuation dans le texte, à l'exception du titre, est de moi.

Voitures en feu
Lin Yutang, le seul intellectuel en Chine, définit « mon Chinois » avec autodérision comme « obéissant à l'autorité », « s'abstenant silencieusement de parler » et « ayant de la sagesse ».　
C'est pourquoi, selon lui, ils sont devenus des gens adorables qui « boivent du thé, fument de l'opium, aiment l'opéra de Pékin et maltraitent les Japonais » pendant leur temps libre.　
Mais il s'agit là d'un portrait un peu trop dramatique.　
Les Chinois ont passé la majeure partie de leurs 5 000 ans d'histoire à être les esclaves de dynasties étrangères.
Les caractéristiques de Lin Yutang peuvent être remplacées par un seul mot : « esprit d'esclave ».　
De plus, la caractéristique la plus essentielle du peuple Shina, « cracher des mensonges et tromper les autres », est absente.　
Dernièrement, c'est le poids des temps, mais les mensonges qu'ils racontent sont devenus de plus en plus spectaculaires.
Il s'agit du mensonge sur le réchauffement climatique et les gaz à effet de serre.　
Les Chinois disent que si nous continuons à brûler des combustibles fossiles, la glace de l'Arctique fondra en raison de l'effet de serre C0₂, et la terre périra en raison de conditions météorologiques anormales.　
Mais ce sont les Chinois eux-mêmes qui prennent l'initiative de cette destruction de l'environnement.　
Ils émettent un tiers du CO2 mondial et polluent les rivières et les océans.

Wagen a également essayé d'en construire une, mais l'incendie de la batterie au lithium n'a toujours pas été résolu.
Ils ont brûlé deux autres porte-autos et réduit en cendres 7 000 voitures.
Lorsqu'une batterie au lithium prend feu, elle provoque un « emballement thermique », émettant une température élevée de 800 degrés Celsius.
Même l'eau ne suffit pas à éteindre l'incendie.　
En Chine, pays d'origine des VE, de nombreux incendies de voitures de ce type se sont produits. 
Si la voiture est à l'arrêt, la zone environnante est réduite en cendres, mais si elle est en marche, tous les occupants brûlent.　
Récemment, une voiture électrique de marque Huawei a été impliquée dans une collision par l'arrière, laissant les trois occupants carbonisés et dans un accident qui ne leur a pas laissé le temps de s'en sortir.
BYD, qui s'est implantée au Japon, a vu quatre salles d'exposition de véhicules électriques brûler au cours de l'année écoulée.　
Selon les autorités, sept véhicules électriques prennent feu chaque jour, certains pendant qu'ils roulent, d'autres pendant qu'ils se rechargent, et beaucoup pendant qu'ils sont garés.　
On dit que « garer les VE à 15 mètres de sa maison » fait partie du bon sens des Chinois d'aujourd'hui.　
Cependant, les journaux et la télévision japonais ne rapportent pas ce genre d'histoires.　
Est-ce parce qu'ils pensent qu'il ne faut pas dire du mal de quelque chose qui sert l'environnement ?
C'est peut-être parce qu'ils ne veulent pas écrire quelque chose qui ne profite pas à la Chine.
