When I read this article, I was dismayed at Japan's foolishness, which has become a mere ATM for the world.
Japan must urgently revise the stupid Constitution imposed on Japan by GHQ to keep Japan permanently weak.
Japan must do so and immediately become a normal country in the international community to prevent the outpouring of idiots like Kishida.
Think about it.
Now, Kishida, perhaps fueled by Biden, is throwing around vast amounts of aid money as an ATM in the hope that the Global South will be a bulwark against the encroachment of China (although I doubt that he is that enthusiastic.)
If, in fact, these countries are merely using the money to repay the high-interest loans from China, there is nothing more foolish than this.
Kishida is forcing the Japanese people to pay higher taxes while he spends vast sums of money overseas.
The late Lee Teng-hui, who studied at Kyoto University, knew Japan well and respected Japan, once suggested to Japan that "Japan should stop giving aid to foreign countries...and use the money to improve domestic infrastructure.
I have always agreed with his suggestion.
With the vast amount of aid money that Kishida is currently disbursing worldwide (because it is not his own money), Japan can do all kinds of things that it needs to do now.
Improve Japan's defense capability, strengthen cutting-edge industries, improve domestic infrastructure, wipe out low-income young people without regular jobs, and solve the declining birthrate.
The stupidity and low-mindedness of talking about LGBT, same-sex marriage, etc., when we must solve the birthrate in the first place, cannot be a politician leading a country where the "turntable of civilization" is turning.
Japan continues to provide large amounts of aid to India.
France and Germany are selling expensive arms to that India.
That alone shows Japan's stupidity is so bad that even an elementary school student can understand it.
