December 1, 2024: I present to readers around the world the autumn leaves of Hōgon-in, a temple built in the Muromachi period, together with the supreme performance of the violin world in the 20th century.
The day before, I attended a concert by pianist Yukine Kuroki in Takamatsu.
She was born to play the piano.
She has finally joined the ranks of the world's great pianists.
"Lira's Flower" was Rachmaninoff himself.
Her most outstanding characteristic is her high level of musicianship.
She is one of the world's leading pianists whose performances resonate with the heart.
I was grateful that the temple had been so beautifully maintained from the Muromachi period to the present day.
I do not process my photographs at all.
I photograph the moments that touch my heart.
The only two conditions for taking a photo are that the flowers are in full bloom and the weather is clear.
In that respect, I, who live in Osaka, have the best conditions for taking photos of Kyoto.
This year, Hōgon-in responded to me in that way.
It is the best photo in my history of photography.
