日本は22年間もの間、株価が8割も下げ続けた。

私は、この状態を是正することが、自分が日本国の政治家であり、再度、首相になった自分の使命であると決意しています。

25年前、日本のＧＤＰは約550兆円、米国のＧＤＰは約750兆円でした。

今、米国のＧＤＰは約1,400兆円です。

一方、我が国のＧＤＰは550兆円から下がっているのです。

日本は世界に冠たる民主主義の国として米国と並んで世界をリードしてゆく立場に在る国です。

だからこそ国連、ＩＭＦ等にも多額の出資を為し続けてきました。

発展途上国への援助も、米国に次いで、或いは同等に行って来た事は歴史的な事実です。

私は、どんなに遅くとも20年後には、日本のＧＤＰを1,000兆円にしなければならないと思っています。

日本の繁栄は、世界にとっても必要不可欠であると考えています。

私は、日本のＧＤＰを1,000兆円とする速度を可能な限り速くします。

それが私、安倍晋三が2度目の首相に成った事の使命であると決意しているのです。

そう安倍首相は世界に向かって決意表明すれば良いのである。

以前に、或る経済評論家が、日本を、比べる事も恥ずかしい様な小さな国と比較して、22年間続いて来た、いつも通りの、日本悲観論を書いていた時、芥川はなんという愚かさである事かと書いた事は読者の方は御存知の通り。

今日の、Bill Emmottや彼に書かせた、朝日の責任者たちは、日本の経済力が、フランスとドイツを足して、さらに英国の半分を加えたものであることも、すっかり忘れているのであろう。

何故、日本とイタリアを比較する様な愚かしい事を為すのか。

冒頭の経済評論家よりはましだとしても。

そんな事を考えていた時、芥川は、自然に気が付いた。

何故、読んでいないかって？

以前に、現在の大阪の体制…現知事や市長の登場をもたらしたのは芥川であると書いた。

それは2004/2/26に、大阪府下で日経新聞を購読している全世帯に、折込広告の形で、大阪の満天下に放った論文によるのである。

大阪を人生の舞台に選んだ事が大失敗であった事に気付いた芥川が、大阪を総括するために書き上げた文章だったのである。

勿論、費用は高くついた。

だがどうしても芥川は言わねばならなかったのである。

この論文が放たれた日、大阪は静寂したと芥川は感じたのだが、事実、その通りだったのである。

かつて大阪人が目にした事のない文章が日経新聞を広げた時に現れたのだから。

日経は言うまでもなく、establishmentsが購読している新聞である。

それから数ヵ月後に、芥川の知人である大金持ちが、芥川にかけて来た電話の事も既述の通りである。

その事が事実である事を、この間、インドを訪問した大阪府知事が証明していた。

彼は、インドの製薬メーカーの幹部と会談して大阪進出を促す際に、以下の様に言っていたのである。

大阪府の定めた経済特区に、貴社の進出をお願いしたい。

大阪府は、昨年末に、議会に於いて、この経済特区に進出してくれる企業に対して、向こう５年間の法人税を無税にすることを条例化しました。

この事は、そんな事を言う者が誰一人いなかった時に、芥川が、冒頭の意見書で提言した事である事は、読者の方は御存知の通りなのである。

ノーベル平和賞受賞者決定時の中国人の書き込みを知った芥川がいたく感心して書いた記事が在る事は読者の方は御存知の通りなのです。

あの時、芥川は、中国3,000年の智恵は死んでは居ないと書いた。

帰宅して見た今日の朝日の夕刊にあった言葉にも感心した、

それこそが真実だとエールを送ってやりたいぐらいである。

空気清浄機、中国で特需、という大きな見出しの記事がフロントページにある。

中見出しは、反日より汚染対策。

この記事を読み進んで行ったら、出て来たのである。

中国のネット上に登場した言葉である。

あなたは偉い。全くその通りなのである。

反日教育などという精神年齢12歳のファシズムから得られるものは「下品と低能」だけなのだから。

そんな事をしていると命まで失うのである。

日本の言論人たちが、この２２年間やって来た事は何か。

そもそも、あれほど強大だった日本経済。

The Turntable of Civilizationが日本に回った２５年前の日本経済が、超巨大だったことは、歴史的な事実である。

この日本の力、特に、超巨大化した金融の力を削ぐために欧米はバーゼル規制を始めたのだ、と芥川は感じているのである。

この力が何故翳ったかについても、ピーター・タスカはニューズウィーク誌の今週号の論文で、見事に、簡潔に、明らかにしている。

さて、

朝日に代表される日本の言論人たちが、この２２年間やって来た事は何か。

株式市場で株価が８割も下がり続けていたのを座視し続けていたのである。

やっていた事は何か。「政治と金」の内向きの虚構ゲームであり、日本経済の弱体化だったのである。

一方、これを見た韓国は、世界の中心は、様々な分野に於いて、未だに欧州に在ることを知りぬいて、欧州にアタックをし続けていたのである。

欧州の象徴であるＩＯＣやＦＩＦＡの幹部たちにアタックをかけ続けていたのである。

それだけではなく、今や財閥国家でもある韓国は、その財閥系企業が欧州に進出する格好の足掛かりとしても、これを目一杯利用したのである。

現在財閥の御曹司を、上記の組織の幹部として送りこんだのも正に国家戦略であろう。

一方、日本は、今朝の朝日の様に、愚かな自虐趣味に浸り続けていたのである。

何故か？

日本は、とことん豊かであったからだ、と言えば話は分かりやすいのだ。

韓国は貧しかった。

日本のエリート達の様には、今でも安泰ではないのである。

異常の極みと言っても過言ではない受験競争を経て、サムスンに入社する。

そこには朝日の様な盤石な労組はないのである。

労組がないだけではなく、この同族企業に於いては、身の休まる瞬間などは何処にもないのである。

とことんの成績至上主義しかないのである。

出世に遅れを取ったら、また敗北なのである。

韓国人には朝日の社員たちが味わっている余裕と教養はないのである。

言葉を換えれば、朝日に代表される日本人が教養の中に居て愚かな余裕を味わっている暇に、彼等は国家の再生、国力の増進＝国家資本主義に、わき目も振らず、突っ走っていたのである。

自分の庭先で為替操作を為しつ続けて来た事も既述の通り。

更に、中国は、圧倒的な経済力に陰りが出て来ただけではなく、愚かで内向きな「政治と金」の虚構ゲームに、日本が現を抜かし続けている事を見抜いて、領土問題で攻勢をかけて来たのである。

勿論、これは哲学や人生の正邪について論じているのではない。

事実を論じているだけなのである。

或る大国の大停滞とは何だったのか。

一方、新興国と言われていた近隣諸国の大躍進とは何だったのかについての感想である。

今日の朝日は、オピニオン欄に、ビル・エモットを登場させている。

彼にイタリアと日本を同列に論じさせたかったようである。

芥川は、ビル・エモットも焼きが回ったかと感じた。

経済を論じるのにイタリアと日本を同列に於いて比べるなんてナンセンスの極みである。

芥川がイタリアを大好きな事は、読者の方々は御存知の通りである。

芸術に対する感性には、とても近しいものがある。

料理の味覚についても、とても近しいものがある。

国土の豊かさ、風景の美しさ。

農産物を大事にして来た事。

豊かな海の幸、山の幸、畑の幸。

それらに敬意を表して大事にして来た事。

ファッション感覚に優れていて、それを命と同じ位に大事にして居る事。

これらの点で、イタリアと日本は、とても似ている。

だが経済に於いては全く違う。

経済的に全く違う点を、二つ象徴的に上げよう。

一つは、イタリアはギリシアと似た所があって、地下経済の国である。

もう一つは、イタリア人は基本的に昼休みを３時間取るが日本人は目一杯でも１時間である。

それどころか、昼飯も取らずに、仕事に熱中する人間が沢山いるのが日本人なのである。
それは米国においても同様だろう。

欧州は、全体的に昼休み３時間である。

だから、日本にThe Turntable of Civilizationが廻った時、欧州は知ったのである。

日本や米国の様に、昼休みも取らずに仕事に没頭する人間が沢山いる国と競争したら、１国では絶対に勝てない事を。

欧州全部でまとまって対抗するしかない、それがＥＵの誕生した理由であることは歴史的な事実である。
