突端に被せておく。よく見かける”親切“のうちの一つですね。
---私には聞こえる。軍手の声が。
「おーい、ここにおるで〜」

Someone kindly put it on the top of the bar.(crash barrier) We could see this type of "kind" frequently.
I hear that the work glove is calling,
"Hello! I'm here!"
