スズメかな

かな、と思わしき穴ポコ群を、砂地っぽい地面で見つけました。ここで多分ですがスズメたちが、砂遊びと言うか、砂浴びと言うか、をしている(た)んじゃないかなって思います。
別の場所では、数羽がしているところを見たことがありますが、写真を撮ろうとするとあっ ちゅーまに飛んで行ってしまうので…。名残りを写すので精一杯です…。
These small holes on the sands would be used by sparrows for playing with the sand. The reason is to keep clean their bodies from parasitic insects.
I saw their playing on the sands, it was another place, I tried to photograph them but soooooooon... they were gone! They are really good at running away. It would be impossible to take their photos about that.
