I love both of Them.

Sometime I remember the days I could not go to Bruce Springsteen concerts in 1985 in Japan.
I wanted to go.But I was ill in the hospital.I could not go.
1996 I went to Bruce concerts in San Francisco with a lot of help with my friends.
I was so glad.
Since then I started traveling the united states for Bruce Springsteen concerts.
And this May I am going to Manchester. This is my first trip abroad except the united states.
By now I think It was better I could not go to Bruce concert in1985.
I could go many places and met many friends in stead of going to the concerts in 1985 in Japan.
And I am feeling this will be the last time I go abroad in May.
So I try hard to go to see Bruce concerts in May.
I want to sing along "Tramps like us,We are born to run"with the audience as loud as I could.

I am planning to go to Manchester for Bruce Springsteen concert in May.
I am listening and reading the words of the song in order to sing along.
I will write my feeling of the song.

Listening to this song reminds me of the days I was working and the day off I went to the shops and bought Bruce's boot CD.
Listening to Bruce Springsteen was my hope to work and live another day.
It is my precious memory.

「旅立つには最高の日」田中真知さんの本を読んでの感想

「旅立つには最高の日」田中真知さんの本を読んでの感想です。
この本は以前通っていた東京の居場所で一緒に活動していた人に久しぶりに会い、神保町の本屋のシェア本棚にその人が置いていた本です。良い本を教えてもらいました。もっと一緒に居た時に話をすればよかったなと思います。
この本は旅行の本。著者がアフリカや各地を旅行した時のことが書かれている。

だからアメリカに行くんだ。そこに行けば自由になる。
チロはアメリカに行った。僕にとってのアメリカも自由な理想の国だったな。
情けない笑いか。いいな。僕はマンチェスターに旅するんだ。情けない旅でもいいな。マンチェスターで散歩しよう。
こんなに充実した退屈は初めてです。
著者がアフリカで知り合った女性が毎朝イチゴの生ジュースをスタンドで飲むのを楽しみにしていたと聴いた。
一緒にイチゴの生ジュースを飲めばよかったと振り返る。
僕も何ともない、でも大切な機会を大切にしよう。
たとえアフリカでイチゴの生ジュースでも一緒に飲むのが大事なのだと思う。

野球を最後まで観られなくても、観たいな、よし行ってみようと思うのが楽しかった。
本当は行けても行けなくてもいい。行きたいと思うとわくわくして来る。元気やったら南極行きたい。思うとるだけで気持ちが人生が変わる。
いいな。僕はマンチェスターへブルース・スプリングスティーンのライブを観に行く旅行を計画している。
どうしても成功させなければいけないと思い込んで恐く成ってしまった。
いいんだ。行って来れれば。僕なりに楽しめば。何か勇気が湧いて来た。

際限のない情報を追うよりも、自分がほんとうにしたいことを見直すほうがだいじであること。
じつは、それこそまさに旅の感覚である。
旅のなかにあるとき、たいてい意識せずにしていることがある。荷物は必要なだけしか持たない。あるものでなんとかする。目的地へ着くことより過程を味わう。人との偶然の出会いを楽しみ、別れを潔く受け入れる。有限の時間と予算と体力の中で、ほんとうに行きたいところへ行き、見たいものを見て、会いたい人に会う。
そんな旅のまなざしで日々を向き合うとき、日常はそのままで旅となり、今日は旅立ちの日となる。

そうなんだな。僕もマンチェスターにブルース・スプリングスティーンのライブを観に行く旅をする。
ロールコールに参加してライブをその人たちと一緒に観る。
それだけ出来ればいい。
そして知り合った人と一緒にイチゴの生ジュースを飲む。それを大切にしよう。
僕はわくわく楽しみながら旅行の準備をしよう。
そしてその旅の延長線上に僕の人生があるのだと思う。

I am preparing to go to Bruce Springsteen concert at Manchester in May.
So I listen to Bruce songs and write my feeling of each song.
This song is about the friendship between Clarence and Bruce and our fans.Everytime I listen to this song I remember Clarence,Danny and all persons I have met in my life.
And I say myself that I will cherish my friends.
この曲は軽快なリズムで聴いていて楽しく成って来る。
クラレンスとブルース達の友情の曲だと思う。
でも僕がブルース・スプリングスティーンのライブを観に行って意外に思ったのが、
観客に黒人の人がいないと気が付いた。
ブルースも自分たちのファンに黒人の人たちを入れられなかったのを残念に思うというようなことを話していたインタビューを観た覚えがある。
黒人の人たちがいないライブ会場で黒人のクラレンスは何を感じていたのだろうかと僕は思う。
でも僕はクラレンスがブルースの友だちだから僕もクラレンスの友だちなのだ。
そんな人種にこだわらず友だちは友だち。
それを体現してくれたのがE Street Bandなのだと思う。
そして友だちは相手が亡くなっても自分の記憶に生き続けるのだと教えてくれる。

I am preparing for going to Bruce Springsteen & the E Street Band Live at Manchester.I am waiting for the chance to get a GA ticket,So I will write my feeling of Bruce songs practicing english conversation.
僕は5/14,17,20のManchesterでのBruce Springsteenのライブに行く予定を立てています。
でもGAのチケットがまだ取れないこともあり、何かやる気が出て来ないというかわくわくして来ません。
そこで１日１曲Bruce Springsteenの曲を歌詞を読み返しながら聴いて感想を書いていくことにしました。
訳詞は僕が以前アルバム内の歌詞カードの訳詞を参考にしながら書きました。違っていたらごめんなさい。

「Thounder Road」 I think this is the recovery song.I kept trying again and again listening to this song.Bruce helped me and encouraged me.
僕はこの曲を聴くと、またやり直そうと思う。
今までの自分のして来た失敗は残っていても、もう一度やれるのだと思う。
そんな再出発の歌だと思う。
僕はずっと切ない想いでこのThuder Roadを聴いて来た。
そして僕はBostonでのWorking on a Dream tourで間近で演奏されるのを聴いた。
ついに聴けたのだと思いが重なり涙が出て来た。
そして最近は僕は今までよくやって来たと自分をほめる気持ちでライブでBruceがこの曲を歌うのを聴いている。
Bruceからピックを手渡してもらったのもこの曲の時でした。
僕にとりこの曲は僕の第二の人生の始まりであり、まとめでもあります。
Bruceが首を傾けて感情を振り絞って歌うのを僕はじっーと聴き入っている。
僕の好きな切ないきゅんと来る曲です。

「異界の歩き方」村澤和多里 村澤真保呂さん著を読んでの感想

「異界の歩き方」村澤和多里　村澤真保呂さん著を読んでの感想です。
最初気が付かなかったけれどこの本は旅行ガイド本「地球の歩き方」にかけて統合失調症への旅のガイド本のように書かれていました。
僕も「地球の歩き方」を読んでニューヨーク、サンフランシスコ、ボストン、ワシントンDCとかに行きました。
そして僕は今、浦河べてるの家を旅行している最中なのだなと思います。
浦河の旅行ガイドとしての本として僕はとても多くの気づきを読んでいながらもらいました。
その気づきを挙げます。

自然治癒がいいのだな。
僕の今までの生活もまさにそうだった。
僕も挫折して引きこもった。
でもそれから外に出て行きいくつもの大切な出会い、何人もの大切な人に出会って回復して来た。
僕のブルース・スプリングスティーンの追っかけも気象予報士に成ったのもまさにこの流れ。
自然に人とのつきあいが増えていい人と出会い回復した。
人は無理して強制しなくても自然とやりたいことを見つけて、それを追いかけていくうちに大切な出会いに恵まれて回復するのだ。

べてるはみんなで生活していく場。
昔の言葉で言う運命共同体かな。僕もその運命共同体に入ろうとしたけれど入れない。
今僕は長期旅行者の立ち位置かな。
千葉と浦河を行き来して浦河の寅さんに成れたらいいな。
天理教の教祖になる女性がいろいろ言うのを夫が拝んで支えたように精神症状のある人との生活を異界ととらえて一緒に旅する。
僕も一緒に旅をしてくれる人が欲しいな。

当事者研究ってそんなにすごいんだ。
そうか僕も爆発をみんなと研究しよう。
弱さをきずなに。仲間とつながれる。
この本は上手くまとめられている。
僕が今まで読んだべてるの話が簡潔にまとまっている。
そうだこれを僕は読んで来たのだと思いました。そして僕は浦河に来たのだ。
僕も支援者にだけでなくみんなに聴かれる、つながれる聴かれ方をしよう。
向谷地の実践は非常にどろくさくうさんくさいとこの本で評されている。
これを最近はきれいなものにしようとしているから僕はべてるに来て違和感を感じているのかなと思います。

当事者研究では「つきもの」のことを「お客さん」と読んでいる。
当事者研究はつきもの落としに似ている。
当事者研究で言うお客さんはきつねのつきものだ。
人とことを分けている。そして悩みを外在化している。

僕もまゆに包まれた時期があったな。温かくて安心していられたな。
そして当事者研究の目指すものは「苦労を取り戻すこと」

当事者研究は失敗することが許されていると思う。
この安心感が大切。
それでもう一度みんなと頑張ろうとユーモアと伴に救いのかんかく

僕もいろいろな人の手助けを借りて異界に入りそして通り抜けて生まれ変わった。僕はさらにそれを進めていきたい。べてるで。
僕も思春期の異界を通り越したのだな。何かなつかしくいとおしく感じる。

「治りませんように」とべてるのメンバーが七夕の短冊に書いた。
これを言えたのは、べてるが本当にいい場だったのだろうな。

中井久夫「個人症候群」
天理教の教祖の女性に周りはその女性の幻聴？を神の言葉と言ってそれに合わせたという。
幻聴だったのか神のお告げだったのか死らないけれど、それが教祖の女性の回復に大切だったのだと僕も思う。
僕のブルース・スプリングスティーンの追っかけもこれと同じ。そして当事者研究はこれをみんなで行う。
僕の他人事メソッドも天理教の教祖の体験と同じなのだな。

RDレインも中井久夫も患者の回復を寄り添い待ちながら進めた。
医療で強制的に進めるのではなくそして止めることも無く進めた。
植物の根のように茎分かれしていくのが回復。
僕のブルース・スプリングスティーンの追っかけも気象予報士もそして浦河の生活もその流れだな。
「治すよりも活かす」僕も自分からやりたいことが自然と出て来た。病院デイケアのおかげ。

べてるの家では相互作用。いろいろな人がいるからいい。
良い人ばかりではダメ。
べてるでは何でもあり。雑多なものが共存する世界。純粋ではない。
症状は自分助け、努力の結果。必要だった。
それを開いてつないでいくことで症状は道具、技となる。

エコロジー「生態系」
森全体が回復してからやっとシマフクロウが森に帰って来る。
べてるの家は豊かな森なのかな。
今の僕にはそうとは思えないけれど見る人が見るとそうなのだろう。

僕はべてるを歩いて旅しているのだろう。
ひとりではなくみんなと生活している。
ここには良い人ばかりではなく嫌な人もいる。その中で僕はもまれて成長していく、いやされている。べてるの森で。

フェリックス・ガタリ、フロイト、このあたりからこの本が難しく成って来て僕には分からない。

ケアの大切さ。医者が直すのではなく個人にそれぞれ寄り添い個人が道を見つけて歩き出すのを支え手助けする。
そこに仲間も加わるそれがべてるのあるべき姿。異界。

でもべてるの現在のケアはその場しのぎになっていると僕は思う。
それぞれのトラブルに対応しているけれど、トラブル自体を見ているだけでその内面の異界を見ていないと僕は思います。

そんな僕の感想です。
今僕はべてるの家の中に居るけれど不満ばかり見えて来ている。
僕がこの本を読み始めたべてるまつりの頃は僕もべてるが楽しかった。
それが何で今は変わってしまったのだろう。
まあ僕は所詮後から来たメンバー。アウェイの人間。
だから旅行者として自分の位置から見えるものを吸収していくのがいいのかな。そしていつか旅立って行くのかな。
そういう立ち位置からこの本を読んでみたら僕は大丈夫と思えました。
そう。僕はべてるの家を旅行しているのだ。

インフルエンザにかかって思ったこと

明けましておめでとうございます。今年もみなさん良い年に成りますように。
僕は新年早々インフルエンザにかかってしまいました。熱が39.2℃出ました。グループホームの職員さんに病院へ車で送って行ってもらいインフルエンザの判定を受けました。小さなボトル内にある粉を口から吸いこんで薬をいれました。
その夜はうなされて泥のように眠りました。寝坊して起きたら頭スッキリ熱も36.7℃に下がっていました。
うれしくて日向ぼっこしながら本を読みました。幸せな時間でした。
そして思いました。僕の健康寿命は意外と短いかもしれない。健康なうちに動けるうちに動く。
僕は来年5月にBRUCE SPRINGSTEEN &the E STREET BANDのLiveに行きます。
Manchesterに行きます。でもまだGA ticketが取れていないので心配に成って来てはいますが。公演前には買えるかな？買えたらいいなと思っています。
