If you search for "the turntable of civilization," you will find that from the first page to about page 70, they are chapters of this column in various languages.
The criminal had falsified the search results.
The above foolish blog was filled from page 1 to about page 10.
In 2012, the offender admitted everything during an interview by the police department, which accepted the case as a criminal one.
The circumstances that did not lead to a case have also been previously mentioned.
He was found guilty and held in prison from around 2016 to 2019.
Only during this time did the criminal activity against the Turntable of Civilization cease.
During this period, daily search results on goo were approximately 30,000 searches and 3,000 visitors.
As soon as this man was released from prison, criminal activity resumed.
He drastically reduced the above search results by 1/3.
The modus operandi at this time was to create countless fake accounts with Hatena and Nifty.
Then, he created countless blogs on which he pasted a chapter of "The Turntable of Civilization" without permission.
These blogs filled the search results for "The Turntable of Civilization" from page 1 to page 10.
At that time, Hatena and Nifty removed these criminal blogs whenever we discovered and reported them.
However, it took more than a year.
This man is performing his daily criminal acts, as shown in the attached document.
In particular, he refers to a completely unrelated chapter to a search for "It is a popular page yesterday" and removes it from the search results.

This man's criminal behavior has continued daily from June 2011 until today.
It is long past time to not only block this man's criminal activities but to file criminal charges against him.
