I went to the headquarters of the General Association for the Promotion of LGBT Understanding.
No front sign at all; it's a weekday, and no one is there.
There is no air conditioner.
It looked like a hideout of a scam group with only an address.
It is in an apartment with shared toilets, where many Vietnamese people live.
I was so disappointed!
It is a group that is after public money.
