日航更生計画案 決着へ 営業コスト 4400億円削減 債権放棄5216億円に

The outline of a rehabilitation plan of Japan Airlines Corporation now under a legitimate corporate rehabilitation process was made public Friday(on the 23rd).
The pillar is that the company will reduce its operating cost by 440 billion yen over the next five years including the workforce cut of 16,000 people.

This rehabilitation plan was made under the jurisdiction of the legitimate administrator Enterprise Turnaround Initiative Corporation of Japan. And debt waiver of banks came to be more than 500 billin yen.

高速完全無料化困難 11年度概算要求 千数百億円どまり 公約は12年度

The Ministry of Land,Infrastucture, Transport and Tourism decided on Wednesday to increase only several millions of yen for the next fiscal year's budget request to the Ministry of Finance, compared with the fiscal 2010 initial budget, regarding the free toll experiments for expressways nationwide, which began this fiscal year.

Even if the requested amount is allowed to be allotted to the ministry, the money will never exceed 20 billion yen, which is far below 1.3 trillion yen esteemed to be necessary for all the expressways in the country to be toll free.

Then, it would be very difficult to implement the DPJ manifesto issued by the party itself at the time of the 2009 House of Representatives election campaign
that all the expressways across the country should be toll free in principle by fiscal 2012.

旅客ターミナル 成田に格安航空向け開設 13年にも、アジア客誘致  着陸料優遇も検討

Narita International Airport Corporation will open a passenger terminal exclusively used for low-cost carriers, which is the first case in Japan, in the spring of 2013.An estimated amount of money invested in this project would be up to 200 billion yen. And the construction would begin in spring next year in the earliest case. Preference over landing fees for LCCs are also being considered for promoting tourism from Asia to Japan.

第一三共、ワクチン生産 北里研の部門を傘下に 来春めど製販一体

Daiichi Sankyo Company will launch the production of vaccines preventing infectious diseases like the flue.Around spring next year it will set up a joint venture with school corporation Kitasato Institute, based in Minato Ward, Tokyo. And it will take the vaccine production division now under the Kitasato Institute under its wing. Through this deal, they will establish a system where production and sales of vaccines are carried out by one company.

It has become conspicuous that there are lots of money virtually unused positively like in usual corporate investment funds in the financial institutions of Japan, the U.S. and Europe. Becuse of financial institutions's intentions to avoid loan risks as well as weak demand for money from both firms and households,the balance of banks' loans has been declining. And remaining money goes to bond markets with the amount of value of national bonds which banks have in the highest-ever level. This is the situation that even if central banks provide enough money, it never goes to the growth areas.

In these circumstances there is an enhanced possibility that banks would incur damages due to the price downs of national bonds. So,some view that major countries' fiscal deterioration could have a rippling effect on their financial fears.
