Prime Minister Shinzo Abe made clear on Wednesday the government's will that it will complete the investigation over the Social Insurance Agency's failure of keeping people's paying the pension premiums,which is believed to inflict some 50 million people, within a year.He also said that the telephone call centers will be set up in the agency's office and operated all around the clock including weekends.The special bill for abolishing the statute of limitations related to the agency's failure of paying pension benifits to people is expected to pass through the House of Representatives today.
