トヨタ、国内で小型車供給　富士通に　工場稼働率を維持　月１０００台

According to sources, Toyota Motor Corporation has decided to supply small-size vehicels on an OEM basis for Fuji Heavy Industries, with which it has a capital tie-up, starting in autumn this year. By producing such types of vehicles, Toyota aims to enhance the operational rates of its factory facilities. The production pace of the vehicles is expected to be about 1,000 units a month.

子育て支援策地方に裁量　政府検討　関連予算を一括交付　財源確保　課題

The government has been working out the revision of its current support measures for people's child raising.And on Wednesday some of the draft was made public. According to it,the governmet will give all of its finance resources related to child-raising measures to local governments of cities,towns and villages, and will give such local governments discretionary powers to give reidents necessary srevices suitable to each region. But the bottle line here is to secure financial resources to provide enough services.

最近、標記の事に関連して私の意見を述べてきましたが、要するに何が言いたかったのか改めて頭を整理してみました。

①日本人は日本語を大事にしなければいけない。その豊かな言語能力なくして英語はうまくなれない。

②正確、適格な表現をなしえる日本語能力があるということは、そのそばに適切な英語の対応言語が存在する。すなわち、適切な日本語の語彙、日本語による言葉の塊→　you can rather easily find the English-language counterparts of the ideas and things you think in Japanese.

③これは、日本語を英語にしていく過程でおのずから身についていくというか、それが身につかないと、日本語を等価の英語に直していけません。

④日本語から英語のcounterpart を見出す秘訣は何か？単語力の問題はベースにあるとして、単語を単語に変えるだけの単純な変換ばかしではなく、もっと複雑な概念の変換には文法力がいるだろう。では、それは何か？

⑤関係詞（関係代名詞、関係副詞）、分詞、that の使い方、前置詞of の研究、前置詞with の使い方、そこらあたりに、わたしは注目する。逆にいえば、これらの事が適切に自然に使えている人の英語は、自然で、無理がなく、世界に通用すると思う。

中古住宅に評価指標　国交省　価格や改修履歴　取引活性化

Acoording to sources, the Ministry of Land,Infrastructure,Transport and Tourism will work out the indexes for evaluating already-men-lived houses in order to promote buying and selling of so-called already-used houses. The indexes are expected to be made public from April next year. Accordng to the ministry's plan, the information on the properties will be gathered and made public. It includes histories of repairs and prices. Such information will be coverd nationwide, which has never been seen up to date.
