Japanese people love Tunas.
Misaki in Kanagawa prefecture is well-known as a production area of Tunas.
So we went to the Misaki to eat Tuna dishes for a special event on X’mas day.
This time, we splashed out for having the dinner to eat Tuna dishes!
We ordered a course meal for each, which is called “whole tuna course”.
This is including a part of head, heart, cheek, stomach, lean, medium fatty, fatty tuna, eggs, skin, the base of its tail and I don’t know what I say this “Kama” in English.
Such kind of dishes, we call it “Chinmi” means delicacy.
The price was ¥3360. 1 pound is about ¥250 recently.
I think I really like the Kama dish which was so delicious.

I put pictures, the first is a sign for the restaurant, the second is the course meal,
then the last one is an explanation for the tuna part.
Japanese really like raw fishes; of course we ordered another dish raw fatty tuna.
It was so delicious!!
My husband named Piyokichi often go business trip.
This time he had to go to Chigasaki where is the other town in Kanagawa prefecture,
and there is a quite far from our house if he did day trip.
He has to wake up in the early morning and take a bed at the late night.
So it makes him tired, and addition to this nowadays it so chilly in the early morning.
We made a pattern which if his business trip is the day after the holiday, we go to Kanagawa prefecture to eat tuna on holyday then stay there for one night.
Next morning he can go to business from the hotel which is near his work place.
So we went to Misaki then ate tuna and stayed at a hotel in Kanagawa.
I came back from Kanagawa after he went his business, on the way home I could see
the Mt. Fuji covered snow, it was so beautiful.
You know the Mt. Fuji is the highest mountain in Japan.
This is a good season to see the Mt. Fuji, because the air is so clean in the winter.
But it took 3 hours to arrive at my house, because Tokyo high way was extremely jammed up.

今回はイヴということもあり、少し奮発
ご注文は、「マグロ一匹コース」

ハチの身(頭)・ホシ(心臓)・カマ・ほほ肉・胃袋・赤身・中トロ・トロ
タマゴ・皮・梶取り とまぁ、珍味も含め12種類。3,360円也。
マグロのどの部分かというと

一押しは、カマの部分かな~
もちろんトロもサイコ~ なので、別にトロを追加オーダー
ピヨ吉は、茅ヶ崎によく出張になる。
茅ヶ崎(神奈川県)は、日帰りで行って帰って来れる距離だが、
仕事ともなると、朝早くから出て夜遅く帰ることになるので
かなりお疲れの様子。。。 最近は朝の冷え込みもあって、早起きも辛そうだ
そこで、出張の前日が休日の日には、
三浦半島にマグロを食べに行き、夜は藤沢に宿泊し、翌日はホテルから出勤する。
というパターンが出来上がった。
朝早起きしなくても、藤沢からなら出張先も近くて楽チンというもの。
そして私は、藤沢から独りで帰路につく…という感じ
途中、湘南や鎌倉をドライブしながら、ね
今日は天気はイマイチだったけど、
海の向こうに、大きな富士山が真っ白になっている姿を見ることができた
ん~、清々しい
ところが、首都高は大渋滞 3時間の単独ドライヴはきつかった~
