先月発売された作家、村上春樹さん（68）に写真＝の４年ぶりとなる長編小説「騎士団長殺し」（新潮社）が思わぬ波紋を呼んでいる。

戦争中に旧日本軍の占領下で起きたとされる「南京事件」（1937年）に触れた登場人物のセリフなどについて、近年の歴史研究に照らして疑問視する声がインターネット上で噴出し、諭議となっている。　　

「騎士団長殺し」は第１部、第２部の２卷で計１３８万部を発行する大ベストセラー。

36歳の肖像画家の周囲で起こる不思議な出来事を描く物語で、戦争の記憶にも光が当てられる。　

諭議を呼んでいるのは第２部、謎に包まれた登場人物「免色」のセリフ。

ある人物の過去を語る中で〈南京虐殺〉に触れ、主人公の肖像画家に対し、日本軍が降伏した兵隊や市民の大方を殺害したなどと説明。

〈おびただしい数の市民が戦闘の巻き添えになって殺されたことは、打ち消しがたい事実です。中国人死者の数を四十万人というものもいれば、十万人というものもいます〉と語っている。　

南京事件の犠牲者数について、中国側は「30万人」と主張。

こうした歴史研究の現状もあり、発売日の２月24日には作家の百田尚樹さんがツイッターで、〈これでまた彼の本は中国でベストセラーになるね。中国は日本の誇る大作家も「南京大虐殺」を認めているということを世界に広めるためにも、村上氏にノーベル賞を取らせようと応援するかも〉と皮肉った。

ネット上の掲示板では、「中国が主張する30万人より多い」といった非難の書き込みと、「小説と歴史検証本を一緒にしたら駄目」と静観する声が交錯している。　

騒動は中国にも波及している。

人民日報社のサイト「人民網日本語版」は４日、南京大虐殺記念館がブログの中で、歴史に直面する村上氏の姿勢を評価したなどとする記事を掲載。　

「歴史にまっすぐに向き合う村上氏の姿勢は、批判よりも賛同の声をより多く集めている」と報じた。

政治利用を懸念

二度目は、2006年の盧武鉉大統領時の「親日反民族行為者財産の国家帰属に関する特別法」施行で、2009年までに親日派子孫の土地、約160億円相当が没収された。

韓国は法治でも情治でもなく

成長否定論者の多くが勘違いしているのだが、現在の日本は経済成長の絶好の機会を迎えているのである。

「平等に貧しくなろう」と主張するのであれば、上野にはまずは自分の全財産を国庫に寄付するなどして、自ら「貧しくなる」ことで範を示してほしい。　

断言するが、上野に代表される「日本は貧しくなってもいい」論者たちは、自分は懸命に日本円をかき集め、溜め込む。

自らは日本円を貯蓄することに血眼になりながら、他者には「貧しくてもいい」と言ってのける、恥知らずたちなのである。

彼はこの全く正しい論文の中で朝日新聞の記事と、いわゆる朝日新聞文化人の代表選手の一人である（彼女の頭脳の実態は、朝日新聞を購読して育ち、論説委員たちの思想で生きているだけであることは、以前に、書いたとおり）上野千鶴子が中日新聞に書いた記事を至極当然に批判している。

世界は、このような新聞といわゆる文化人たちを3年前の8月までは日本を代表していると思って来た事を恥じるはずである。

いまだに市場経済が理解できない？　朝日新聞の「ゼロ成長」

今年１月４日、朝日新聞は「経済成長は永遠なのか『この２００年、むしろ例外』」という記事を配信し日本の将来の経済成長について否定的な論調を報じた。

記事を書いた原真人記者は、「だがこの25年間の名目成長率はほぼゼロ。ならばもう一度有屑上がり経済を取り戻そう、と政府が財政出動を繰り返してきた結果が世界一の借金大国である」と、例により「国の借金（＝世界一の借金大国）」という虚偽のレトリックで、成長を否定してみせた。　

さらに、東京大学名誉教授の上野千鶴子は、２月11日の中日新聞「平等に貧しくなろう」において、「日本は人口減少と衰退を引き受けるべきです。平和に衰退していく社会のモデルになればいい。一億人維持とか、国内総生産（ＧＤＰ）六百兆円とかの妄想は捨てて、現実に向き合う」と、インタビューで語った。

筆者は日本の「言論の自由」をこよなく愛する一人である。

とはいえ、原真人や上野千鶴子といった成長否定論者の発言や記事を読むたびに、我が国は「国防上の理由」から、言論の自由を制限しても構わないのではないかという思いに駆られてしまう。

原や上野に代表される成長否定論者たちの言論に影響され、日本国民に「日本は経済成長しない」「日本は経済成長する必要がない」という意見が蔓延してしまうと、冗談でも何でもなく我が国は「亡国」に至ることを、筆者は確信しているのである。　

そもそも、この手の成長否定論者たちが勘違いしているのは、日本が成長していないのは、別に我が国の宿命でも必然でもないという点である。

日本が経済成長していないのは事実だが、理由は単純にデフレのためだ。

物価下落以上のペースで所得が縮小していくデフレの国が、経済成長することは不可能だ。何しろ、経済成長とは「生産＝支出＝所得」であるＧＤＰが拡大することであるためだ。

物価以上のペースで所得が減少するデフレ国が、経済を成長させるなど、端から不可能なのである。

日本が経済成長を実現するためには、デフレーションから脱却することが不可欠だ。

とはいえ、この手の成長否定論者の論調が支持を集めると、デフレ脱却に不可欠な「政府による需要創出」が不可能になってしまう。

結果的に、成長否定論者の狙い通り、日本の経済成長率は低迷する。　

原真人の「日本は借金大国」というデマゴギーについては、筆者は様々なメディアで繰り返し間違いを指摘してきたため、本稿では取り上げない。
