4月27日に横浜のフィニッシュラインを越えて太平洋横断世界最短記録は更新したものの、日記の更新は途絶えたままでした。
ここらで、心機一転、Compass3号の手も借りながらブログを再開しようと思います。Tarzan(6/14 2006 No.466)その他のメディアにも取り上げられたように、サンフランシスコから横浜までの太平洋横断世界最短記録に挑戦し、14日22時間40分41秒と、これまでの最短記録（1996年Steve Fossett氏による60ftヨットでの記録19日15時間18分9秒）を大幅に更新しました。
