Barbecued Aubergines
Barbecued aubergines is my favourite in aubergine dishes.
This dish is very aromatic. It's a simple and effortless dish to make
and I never tire of eating it!
Ingredients
aubergine some
ginger grated some
katuo-bushi (dried bonito flakes) some
soy sauce
Recipe
1. Wash the aubergines
2. Turn on the gass stove and put the aubergines on the flame directly.
3. Barbecue each side until the skin wrinkles.
4. When they are done, put them into water to let cool slightly.
5. After that peel their skins and take off their stalks.
6. Cut them into Slices.
7. Put some Katuo-bushi on the top of them
or if you are a vegitarian, put some grated ginger
and put soysouce a little bit.
8. Then serve. Enjoy!
The auvergine has very low calories and good for your health in the summer
because it can cool your body.
