私は、この訂正記事（反米も加えなければならない）を書こうとして、気が付いたことがあった。
私が韓国の実態を知るまで、つまり朝日新聞だけを通して、この国の事を知っていた時、私が知っていた韓国の実態とは…何か事があるたびに、猛烈な反米デモを起こす国と言う事だった。
それともう一つ、私が、いまだに一度も韓国を訪問していない大きな理由だった事実…ついこの間まで、韓国は妓生観光の国だったのである。
当時と言ってもそんなに昔ではなく、日本に文明のターンテーブルが回りだす前後まで。
日本の旅行会社は堂々と妓生観光を目玉として大量の男性日本人観光客を韓国に送り込んでいた。
私が単店舗の中小企業としては日本一ではないかという会社の経営を始めた頃の友人の一人は、在日韓国人の親友と連日、北新地に繰り出していた。頻繁に、私にもお呼びがかかった。

私は、今の日本で事実を伝えているのは産経新聞だと言及して来た。
以下は、私の論説の正しさを１００％証明している記事である。
この短い記事でも初めて知った事実が幾つかある事を、私と同様に、世界中の人たちも知るはずだ。
「黒幕は米国だ」入店阻止
「米帝国主義を打倒せよ」 ７月17日の午後。中国北部、河北杳唐山市のケンタッキー・フライド・チキン（ＫＦC）の店の前に集まった男女約60人が連呼した。
「米国製品を食べることは、私たちの先祖の顔に泥を塗ることだ」と書かれた横断幕を掲げ、店に入ろうとする者には「お前はそれでも中国人か」と説教して阻止した。
「いつ暴力を振るわれるか分からない怖さがあった」（店の関係者）という抗議の端緒は、南シナ海の領有権をめぐり、オランダ・ハーグの仲裁裁判所が７月中旬に下した裁定だ。訴えたフィリピンの主張がほぼ認められ、事実上、中国の“全面敗訴”だった。
抗議に参加した白タク運転手は電話取材に、「ラジオで私たちの領土が奪われたと聞いた。腹が立って仕方がない」と話した。
ＫＦＣへの営業妨害は「愛国行動だ」と言い放った。
抗議はマクドナルドや自動車大手フォードの専売店などの米系企業にも広がった。
フィリピンではなく、直接関係のない米系企業で対象となったのは、中国の官製メディアが「裁定の黒幕は米国だ」などと反米キャンペーンを展開し、民衆の怒りを誘導したからだ。
「全世界の人民は団結して、米国侵略者とそのすべての手先を打ち破ろう」文化大革命（文革）期の1970年５月20日、毛沢東が発表した声明の一節が、仲裁裁の裁定後、インターネット上に書き込まれた。
もともとの声明はベトナム戦争に介入する米国を批判するものだった。
文革を支持した紅衛兵たちは当局の宣伝にあおられ、外国人や外国関連施設を標的に多くの襲撃事件を起こした。

当局はかつて外国の在外公館が立ち並んだ通りを「反帝路」 （帝国主義に反対する道路）、ソ連大使館前の通りを「反修路」（修正主義に反対する道路）と名付けた。
