第34回挑戦する可能性のあるヨットクラブへの、説明会・打ち合わせ会への招待状が届いています。
10日ほど前の事前告知に続いて、第34回アメリカスカップ挑戦の可能性のあるヨットクラブやプロフェッショナルチームに、昨日10月12日、下記のような会議への招待状が、アメリカスカップレースマネージメントのCEO,イアン・マーレーから送られてきています。
来週金曜日、2010年10月22日にフランス・パリで開催されるこの会議では、
34th America’s Cupの開催地最終決定も含めた、レースフォーマットの詳細や、AC72とAC45のクラスルールの変更点などが話し合われます。
また、この会議の内容は、極秘裏に挑戦準備を進める必要のあるチームの事情を考慮することもあって、メディアには公表されないとのこと。

Logistics:
Six hours presentation and discussion time is planned.
We will meet in a conference room of the Crowne Plaza hotel. Coffee
service and lunch will be provided.
Single and double rooms in the hotel are available for direct booking at
a special Group rate, including breakfast: single standard room, 210
Euro (double bed possible but not guaranteed); double standard room
(2 persons), 224 Euro; and a single “club room” at 260 Euro (double
bed guaranteed, superior room).

The Briefing is designed to provide available information to assist
Prospective Competitors in finalizing plans for the 34th America’s Cup.
As the Briefing takes place prior to the start of the entry period for
additional challenges from 1st November, we respect that some teams
may wish to remain undisclosed at this stage and therefore the session
will not be open to the media.
