製造業けん引 増益 ４～６月 上場企業で２％ 増税響き半数は減益
An increasing number of listed companies are improving their business performance. A total of recurring profits of all listed companies for the period from April to June in 2014, were up 2 percent from the same period of pervious year, the seventh consecutive quarterly increase. Looking the situation by sector, major manufactures in the industries of electric machinery and automobile are brisk in their business, which is bolstering the whole industries. However, the pace of the increse of their profits declined compared with that of the same period a year before, probably due to the consumption tax rate hike in April this year. And as a result,half of companies logged a loss in their financial settlement, with a gap between firms widening.
