今ひとつ勢いが無いので一度止めてしっかりと動機付け。
すると、みんな何とかしようと頑張り始めました。

先週で壁画シリーズは最後まで行ったのでまた一から。
暗い雲が見えたのですが、行く場所、行く場所は雨を逃れて。

Just completed my Saturday routine. This time with some extra. This morning I tried to encourage you to swim faster and said, be consistent and do your best all the time! After that, you swam faster and stronger!! Good job guys! So I thought, I need to do something to return for your efforts!! You know I cycled over 400km for the last 2 weeks. But it seemed impossible to continue for three weeks. Cause I had very bad days the past few days and felt down and out. But with help from my friends, I stood up strong and made PB the very next day!! I still had 80km to make 400 this morning but after I saw everyone’s good efforts I made up my mind!! I will do it!! God knew what I was trying to do and save me from the rainfall!! Hey swimmers!! It's a battle between you and me!! If this old man can accomplish it!! You don't have any excuse!! Let's work hard together! 😱 I raised the bar again!! 400km 4 weeks in a row!? Who knows!
今日は88km、一週間のTotalは今週も400kmを超えました。
今日の夕食は蕎麦サラダ。
Beerをたくさん飲む分、せめて食事はヘルシーにヘルシーに。
