SEA Age

"Learning and Rising: Let’s Take the Next Step Together"
Team,
The first day of SEA Age is behind us, and while there were some great moments, I know many of you feel that you could have done more. That’s okay—this is part of the journey. Racing at 8:30 AM in a one-chance final is a challenge, and it’s natural to feel unsettled by it. But challenges like these are what make us stronger.
Here’s what I want you to focus on: Tomorrow is a new day, and it’s an opportunity to show what you’re まあまかtruly capable of.
1. Learn From Today: Take a moment to reflect on your races. What went well? What could have been better? Learn from it, but don’t dwell on it. Leave any doubts behind and carry forward only what makes you stronger.
2. Be Bold: Tomorrow, I want to see you racing with confidence and courage. Forget about being cautious—trust your training and give it everything you’ve got from the very start. This is your stage to shine.
3. Be Ready: Use tonight to prepare your body and mind. Get a good night’s rest, eat well, and mentally rehearse your race. Visualize yourself swimming your best and touching the goal pad with pride.
Remember, every race is a chance to grow, not just as swimmers but as individuals. No matter what happens, I believe in each and every one of you. Let’s turn today’s lessons into tomorrow’s success.
You’ve trained too hard to hold back. Let’s step onto the blocks with courage and swim with heart.
I’m proud of you, and I’m excited to see what you’ll achieve tomorrow. Let’s go out there and give it our all!
All the best!!
