杜博士は、ＣＮＮの4月13日の報道、「中国政府はウイルス起源に関する米中論議の中、コロナウイルス研究把握を強化する（Ｂｅｉｊｉｎｇ　ｔｉｇｈｔｅｎｓ　ｇｒｉｐ　ｏｖｅｒ　ｃｏｒｏｎａｖiｒｕｓ　ｒｅｓｅａｒｃｈ,　amid US-Chinaｒｏw　ｏｎ　ｖiｒｕｓ　ｏｒｉｇｉn」の内容を確認するよう私に促した。　　
ＣＮＮ報道の要点は以下の通り。

ＣＮＮ報道の要点は以下の通り。　
・中国政府が出した新方針は、新型コ囗ナウイルスに関する学術論文は今後、出版前にすべてが政府当局の審査対象になる。承認がなければ出版できない、という通達がまず復旦大学（上海）のウェブサイトに金曜日（4月10日）朝に出た（通達の中国文の映像もあった)。
・この指令は、新型コロナウイルスの予防と管理に関する国務院のタスクフォースが開催した、3月25日の会議中に出された指示に基づいた内容とされる。
・中国の研究者と協力して国際医学雑誌に新型コロナウイルス症例の臨床分析を発表した香港の医療専門家は、「2月の段階では（審査は）なかった」と語っている。
・ＣＮＮが復旦大学の通達文に記された連絡先に問い合わせ、通達について尋ねたところ、「これは内部文書」と語り、数時間後にはサイトから削除された。中国地質大学（武漢）のウェブサイトにも出ていたが削除された。

その一つが、科学者向けグローバル情報共有プラットフォーム「リサーチゲート」に2月6日掲載された「新型コロナウイルスの可能な起源」と題する英文リポートである。
発表されて間もなく、中国当局によって”闇に葬られ”た。
知人からそのリポートの存在を知った私が原文を探し出して杜博士にも確認してもらったのだが、具体的かつ確度の高い内容だった。　
主筆の肖波涛氏は、生理学・生物物理、医薬生物学、生物データ学、生化・分子生物学、微生物学などが専門で、華南理工大学（広東省広州市）生物科学と工程学院の教授だ。
しかも、2013年までハーバード大学医学部ボストン小児病院に籍を置き、2017年まで武漢の華中科技大学物理学院生物物理所の教授と副所長の職位にあった。　
そしてリポートに名を連ねるもう一人は、武漢科技大学附属天佑医院に籍を置く、科学調査を専門とする人物だった。　
そこには、
「コウモリは市民の食料では決してなく、市場で売り買いされていない」「武漢市疾病予防管理センター（ＷＨＣＤＣ）では研究目的で動物を確保し、病原体収集と識別を専門にしていた」「ＷＨＣＤＣは、過去2年以内にコウモリを湖北省から155匹、浙江省から450匹調達している」「第二の研究室は、海鮮市場から約12キロ離れたところに中国科学院武漢病毒研究所がある。この研究所は、中国の馬蹄コウモリが重度のＳＡＲＳの大流行を2002年から2003年に引き起こしたことを報告している」「直接の推測は、SARS、コロナウイルスまたはその誘有体が実験室から漏れる可能性がある」「要約すると、誰かが新型コロナウイルスの進化と絡み合っていた」などと記されていた。　
ちなみにリポートの作成者、肖教授は行方不明という話もある…。
中国当局にとってはまさに、「不都合な真実」だったのではないか。
「病院船」の提案　
最後に。　
杜博士は3月初めに緊急来日した際、政府・与党関係者との会談で、「病院船を使うべきだ」と提案している。
この提案は、トランプ政権が病院船の使用を発表する以前のことだ。そして日本もようやく、政府が2020年度補正予算案に「病院船」導入への調査費を約7000万円計上することを決めた。　
今後、専門家による具体策の検討が進められるようだが、予算がショボすぎる上に、何より日本の歩みはカメより遅いのではないか。

研究目的を、『ワクチンの開発のため』と理由づけるのかもしれませんが、流行していないウイルスのワクチンを研究するのは不自然です。

以下は、一昨日発売された、日本国民全員が必読の月刊誌WiLLに、武漢ウイルス拡散　中国の重大責任、と題して掲載された、河添恵子ノンフィクション作家の論文からである。
彼女の論文は、朝日新聞等の新聞やＮＨＫ等のテレビ局が、いかにジャーナリストの地平から遠い場所にいるかを実証している。
５Ｗ１Ｈはジャーナリズムの基盤であるだけではなく、知性の態様そのものである。
それが全く欠落している上記のメディアはジャーナリズムとして失格であるだけではなく、無知性の組織なのである。
彼女の論文は、上記の様なメディアがお茶の間を支配している日本に対する最大の警鐘だろう。

一第一章世界的権威が「新型コロナは人工」の疑いを抱いている。

生物化学兵器に携わる者なら、必ず基礎知識を得なければならない天然毒に関する英文の専門書（8巻）も出しており、まさに世界的な権威なのだ。　
日本への貢献でも知られる。
オウム真理教による一連のサリン事件で、「土の中からサリンを検出する方法」を日本の警察に指導した。
その功績により、2009年にはOrder of the Rising Sunを受章している。
武漢市の漢囗が、古くから毒物研究のメッカだったことを熟知しているTu博士は続ける。　
「私は当初より、毒素、生物化学を研究する研究所からウイルスが外部に漏れ出た可能性があると考えています。『人工はあり得ない』という識者がいるのは確かですが、反論の根拠は、『ばい菌やウイルスは、いずれ自分のところに戻ってくるから、そんな危ないものを使うはずがない』『中国は生物兵器禁止条約（ＢＷＣ）に加盟しているから』という希薄なものばかり」　
Tu博士は、1979年にソ連で起きた炭疽菌事件の話もしてくれた。　
「ソ連当局は『腐った羊肉を食べたから』と当時発表しましたが、ソ連崩壊後の調査で、空調が詰まっていて炭疽菌が別のところから漏れ出てしまい、周辺に住む多くの人々が亡くなったというのが真実だった」

日本を韓国の思い通りに動かせるように、韓国が絶え間なく工作して来た事は、決して言わない。
その結果として、K１強行開催や、平然と営業を続けるパチンコ店の態様がある事は決して言わない。
この男、肩書にしている出身大学の、本当の面汚しである。

K1の開催者達とパチンコ店の態様は戦後の日本の間違いを明瞭に露呈していて、その間違いに対して終止符を打たなければならない事を日本国民に告げているのである。
韓国が反日教育を止めない限り、日本は韓国とは国交断絶しなければならないのである。
日本は別に困る事など何もありはしないのが実態であり、韓国は衰亡に関わるのが実態。
韓国の底知れぬ悪とまことしやかな嘘は、ロシアの情報機関出身者の著作に依れば、ストーカーであると定義されているが、大半の人が同感するはずである。
国交断絶して初めて、私たちは、この異常なストカー集団を断ち切る事が出来るのである。
中国（CCP）に対しても、同様なのだが、
中国の場合は、経済的に少々、痛みを伴うだろう。
だが、その時にこそ、日本国民は、朝日新聞が社是のように唱えて来た、繰り返して来た、「清貧の思想」が初めて、本当の意味を持つのである。
