Congratulations to Japanese baseball team !
Japanese baseball team called ' Samurai Japan' won the gold medal at the baseball game of the second WBC yesterday.
This is the second time they won the gold medal.
Each teams were very strong and played nice games, so I enjoyed the games very much.
Especially the last game was so exciting because both Japanese and Korean team were very strong.
People of all over Japan had a very good and happy time yesterday.

I loaned $25 to Mrs. Betsabeth who sells food and other merchandise at HUANCAYO in Peru last momth.
Today I received an e-mail from Kiva staff that says $4.17 had been repaid by her.
She borrowed $700 from 26 person and is planning to repay all the money in six months.

I picked up some horsetails at the bank beside rice fields this afternoon.But I couldn't find so many, so my neighbor who was also picking it gave me some horsetails.
I was lucky !

Cherry tree
It's cold a little these days, but I saw cherry blossoms in full bloom today.
This cherry tree bear fruits.
The pink tree tells us the coming of spring.
Spinach
My mother-in-law Shi-zu-sa-n had been growing various kinds of vegetables for many years, but she became too old to grow them.
So my husband decided to do that and he had bought some kinds of vegetable seeds and scattered them in the field the other day.
He planted potatoes cut into some pieces too.
He is very enthusiastic now.

The brown things in the rice field are compost that is made of dried rice plant straw and cow's excrement.
This compost will be mixed with the soil to grow good rice plant.
It is better than commercial fertilizer for our health as well as good recycling.
Pussy willow
I hear cherry blossoms will bloom at the end of this month, a little earlier than usual.
Taking a walk, I saw pussy willow that is another sign of spring.
The weather these days aren't stable and the temperature is also not stable.
It has been raining since yesterday, but it'll be fine this afternoon.
This change is typical in this season.
