Chinese trumpet vine；（No-u-ze-n ka-zu-ra ) began to bloom in front of my house.
This flower is also one of the signs of summer.
It's very hot today too.
The temperature is the one of midsummer.
Many people seem to have been heat disorder and some died.
Please be careful !
About two weeks have passed since rice planting.
They are growing day by day.
Seen from my house, green rice fields filled with water are so nice.
Though it's very sultry these days, I feel cool a little when I see this scenery.
The rest rooms of my house were very primitive ones and they absorbed filth with the hose of the vacuum car.
Drainage opened in March this year, so we decided to rebuild them.
And the renewal work completed at last.
The rest room has improved very much and I can use these rest rooms with wash let; (shower toilet) very comfortably. 
Taking a walk this evening, I saw this plant called U-chi-wa Sa-bo-ten in Japanese.
Yellow flowers are so nice and this fruit seems to be eatable.
I have rarely seen this plant.
I went to a town hall to attend a meeting held by Soto Shu which is one of the sect of Buddhism the day before yesterday.

About 800 people sat still on the chair and the watered silence there were so nice.
＊After Zazen, Mr. Minoru Kamata who is a honored director of Suwa central hospital appeared on the stage.
The title of the lecture was "Way of life not to compare".
But the content of speech was mainly about his support for the people of Tohoku area.
He always thinks ' If I were the very person, what would I want ? '.
When there is an embarrassed person, imagination and sympathy is necessary to help him.
And, we should give one percent to someone even if we are in bad circumstances.
He also talked about his work at Suwa central hospital after graduating medical college.
And he served for the people in Nagano prefecture and as a result, the people there seemed to be very healthy.
And he talked about story of the heart transplant between a girl and a boy in Israel and Palestinians.
He said " To gain peace, we must cut negative chain. "
Especially, nuclear accident in Japan seemed to be really an impact for Mr.Kamada who had continued the medical support after Chernobyl nuclear accident a long time.
"we should not forget that man is an animal that makes mistakes. "
And he said ''The current way of life might have been wrong. We should want less."
He wanted to tell a lot in the lecture using the slides within about 80 minutes and was splendid.
It was a nice lecture and I also thought a lot.
＊Last stage was a talk concert by a cellist, Tetｓuji? Ito, a pianist, Mari toda and the narrator, Hiroko Nakatsuka.
The song of Japan with which everybody is familiar was played by the cello and the piano following a little talk of a priest is repeated.
The Soto sect offers a program in RSK radio titled "Mind of today and mind of me" is broadcasting, and that concert was similar to it.
＊This was the second time that I attended the lecture like this.
The first time was in November, 2008 that was held at Takahashi.
I was moved very much to see the beauty of the Zen priests on the stage for the first time .
It was very beautiful this time too!
