中国を念頭の経済安全保障推進法は①供給網の強化②基幹インフラの安全性確保③先端技術の官民協力④特許の非公開が4本柱。実効性を持たせる為に“罰則”を設けるが、案の定、公明が反対。
早速、供給網の報告拒否で“罰則があるのはおかしい”と削除要求。
中国の為に頑張って下さい
