ワシントンに根を張る政官財トライアングルや利権団体の構造にメスを入れるとの宣言だった。
トランプ政権の3年半は、汚泥の中から現れた怪物たちとの戦いだった。
筆者は、民主党に保護されていた怪物が次々と退治される政治劇を「堪能」した。
最近現れた怪物が、黒人層に媚びる政治家たちである。
5月末、ミネアポリス（民主党市長）で警官の過剰警備によって黒人男性が死んだ。
それをキッカケに全米各地で暴動が起きたが、荒れたのは民主党市長の都市ばかりだった。
暴徒は商店を略奪し、警察署まで襲った。
5月29日と30日には、少なくとも13人のバイデンの選挙スタッフが暴動で逮捕された人間の保釈金を募る「ミネソタ自由基金」に寄付したことをツイッターに投稿している。

警察官労働組合は民主党支持だが、法と秩序（Law & Order)の回復を訴えるトランプ大統領支持へのシフトもあり得る。
退治された四つの怪物
トランプ大統領に退治された多くの怪物を振り返ってみよう。
その筆頭は、オバマ政権に巣くっていたネオコン勢力だった。
ネオコンについては拙著『アメリカ民主党の崩壊』（ＰＨＰ研究所）で詳述したが、要するに、ロシア嫌いの干渉主義者（国際主義者）のグループで、気に入らない国のレジームチェンジ（体制転換）をも厭わない輩である。
彼らはイラク、エジプトあるいはリビアのレジームチェンジを仕掛けた。
トランプ大統領は、無益な介入を止め、ロシア（プーチン政権）との折り合いをつける外交に切り替えた。
オバマ（ヒラリー）外交を完全に否定し、ネオコンを政権中枢から排除した。
第二の怪物は、ディープステート（ネオコン系実務官僚組織）とメディアだった。
民主党はヒラリーが選挙に敗れると、元英国スパイ（Ｍ１６）が創作したスチール文書（トランプはプーチンの傀儡だとする偽書）を使い、トランプ弾劾を仕掛けた（ロシアゲート）。
ＦＢＩは反トランプの捜査官ばかりで構成されたミュラー委員会に調査させたが、ロシアとの共謀を示す証拠はなく本年3月に終了した。その結果、トランプとプーチンの共謀は確実だと訴え続けてきたＣＮＮに代表される主要メディアの信用は失墜した。
スチール文書は、ヒラリー陣営の資金で作成されたことも発覚した。当時のＦＢＩ長官（ジェイムズ・コミー）は、ネオコン外交で潤ったロッキード・マーティン社（軍産複合体）の副社長だったこともあり、ディープステートの存在も露見した。
第三の怪物は、民主党金権政治家だった。
民主党は、「トランプは議会が認めた対ウクライナ支援金をダシにして、バイデンの悪事を探せとウクライナに圧力をかけた」（ウクライナゲート）と訴え、下院でトランプ大統領弾劾を決議した（昨年12月）。
しかし、決議案は上院で否決された。
反対にウクライナに圧力をかけていたのはバイデンだったことがバレた。

再選の高い可能性は揺るがず
第4の怪物は、民主党の少数派利権政治の象徴であるフェミニスト団体だった。
2018年夏、トランプ大統領が指名した最高裁判所判事候補ブレット・カヴァノーの上院承認審査があった。
民主党は高校時代（1980年代初め）に彼に暴行されたと訴える女性を引っ張り出した。
妊娠中絶に保守的なカヴァノーの指名を潰し、フェミニスト団体に媚びるためだった。
事件の日時も場所も示さない女性の訴えを信用せよと民主党は主張したが、一人の証人も現れず、カヴァノーの指名は承認された。
トランプ大統領は一貫して彼をかばった。
今年3月、今度はバイデンに暴行されたと訴える女性が現れた。
彼女は上院議員だったころのハイテン事務所に勤務し、暴行事件後に辞めたこともあり（1993年）、当時の事情を知る人（証人）も多い。
フェミニズム団体はこの女性の訴えを無視する。
これでフェミニズム運動の怪しさが露呈した。
民主党が大統領選を勝利するには、最低でも二つある条件のどちらかを満たす必要がある。
一つは共和党の分裂である。これは全く期待できない。
共和党支持者の95％がトランプ支持でまとまる。
もう一つは黒人層の圧倒的取り込みである。
前回の大統領選では、黒人層はわずか8％しかトランプ候補に投票しなかった。
しかし、すでに少なくない黒人著名人がトランプ支持を表明しており、黒人層のトランプ支持率は14～20％という数字が出ている。 そんななか、反トランプ報道を続けるCNNは「バイデン氏、トランプ氏に14ポイントリード」との世論調査を発表した（6月8日）。
このあり得ない数字にトランプ大統領は断固抗議し、ＣＮＮに謝罪を求めている（6月10日）。
最後に倒される怪物は、解せない（民主党に有利な）世論調査を続けるリサーチ会社ではないか。
コロナ禍以来、自粛していた全国遊説（トランプラリー）も再開される。
タルサ（オクラホマ州）を会場にした第一弾ラリー（6月19日）への入場申し込みは、100万を超えた（ＦＯＸニュース）。
反トランプ集会にはダンマリの主要メディアは、コロナ禍を理由にトランプラリー再開を批判する。
本音はトランプ支持のサイレントマジョリティが姿を現し、いまだに遊説自粛中のバイデンとの差が歴然となることが嫌なのである。
株価も回復基調にある。
トランプ再選の高い可能性は揺らいでいない。

For example, in the case of North Korea, the "Legend of Mount Paektu" is a famous official story about Kim Il Sung.
In other words, it is touted as a "fact of history" that "the great Comrade Kim Il Sung, a general of steel with a hundred victories in a hundred battles," is based on the sacred place of the people, Paektu Mountain, and uses magical tactics such as Shukuchi method and transformation technique and he defeated the Japanese army.
Of course, this is an outright lie, a mere childish fabrication.
During the Japanese occupation of Korea, Kim Il Sung lived in the northeastern region of China from the time he was a junior high school student. When he came of age, he joined the Northeastern People's Revolutionary Army (later known as the Northeastern Anti-Japanese Army) under the leadership of the Chinese Communist Party and rose to prominence.
Although his small unit has a "track record" of once crossing the border from China and attacking a town in northern Korea, murdering and arson, it has never fought an "anti-Japanese war" against Japanese troops in Korea, much less climbed "Paektu Mountain" and made a base there.
Incidentally, after the Northeastern Anti-Japanese Union Army was annihilated by the Japanese troops stationed in Manchuria, Kim Il Sung fled from the Korean Peninsula to the Soviet Union, which was even farther away.
In North Korea's "authentic history," however, the "legend of Mount Paektu" is solemnly described as a "historical fact.
And that glorious "legend" is also used as an excellent basis to justify the absolute rule of the Kim family today.
In other words, the very foundation of the current Kim dynasty's rule is based on the fabrication of history.
South Korea, another peninsular nation, also has a "little difference" from North Korea's attitude toward history.
For example, regarding the history of Japan-South Korea relations, South Korea first thoroughly conceals and erases historical facts.
During the period of Japanese annexation from 1910 to 1945, the Japanese government and the Governor-General of Korea contributed significantly to the modernization and economic construction of the Korean Peninsula.
During that period, the Japanese government invested about 10 percent of the national budget in the peninsula over several decades to build infrastructures such as railroads, roads, water supply, sewerage, and electricity, as well as hospitals, schools, and factories, and to develop a modern education system and a modern medical system.
During the Japanese annexation, it abolished the bad status system of the Joseon Dynasty, and status emancipation was realized.
During the Japanese annexation era, the number of various schools was increased from just about 40 to more than 1000, and Hangul, a character unique to Korea, became widespread.
In this sense, Korea would not be the modern nation it is today without Japan's excellent governance policies for the Korean peninsula. Still, these historical facts are naturally completely erased or hidden from Korean historical accounts.

以下は本日発売された月刊誌Hanadaに、中韓の歴史認識を相手にする事勿れ（中）、と題して掲載されている、石平さんの連載コラムからである。
この連載の前回は、様々な実例を挙げて中国の「歴史認識」のデタラメぶりを俎上に載せた。
とにかく、対内的にも対外的にも、都合の悪い歴史的事実をひたすら隠蔽し抹消する一方、その都度、必要に応じてありもしない「歴史的事実」を恣意的に捏（でっ）ち上げていく。
それはまさに、歴史に対する中国の一貫した姿勢である。
このようなデタラメな態度は中国だけの「専売特許」ではない。
昔は「小中華」と自称した朝鮮半島の人々も、実は歴史隠蔽と歴史捏造の"名手"かつ"常習犯"でもある。
たとえば北朝鮮の場合、金日成にまつわる官制の「白頭山伝説」が有名である。
すなわち、「百戦百勝の鉄鋼の将軍であらせられる偉大なる金日成同志」が民族の聖地、白頭山を根拠地にして、縮地法や変身術などの魔法的戦法を用いて日本軍を打ち破ったことが「歴史の事実」として吹聴されている。
もちろん、これはまったくの嘘であって、単なる子供騙しの捏造である。 日本の朝鮮統治時代、金日成は中学生の時からずっと中国の東北地域で生活しており、成人してから中国共産党指導の東北人民革命軍（のちの東北抗日聯軍）に入隊し、頭角を現した。
彼の率いる小部隊は、一度中国から越境して朝鮮北部の町を襲撃して殺人・放火を行った「実績」があるものの、朝鮮において日本軍相手の「抗日戦争」を戦ったことは一度もないし、ましてや「白頭山」に登り、そこで根拠地を作ったことも一切ない。
ちなみに、東北抗日聯軍は満洲駐屯の日本軍によって殲滅されたのち、金日成は朝鮮半島からさらに遠方のソ連国内に逃亡した。
ところが北朝鮮の「正史」には、「白頭山伝説」がまさに「史実」として厳かに記述されている。
そして、その栄光に満ちた「伝説」はまた、現在の金一族の絶対支配を正当化するための大いなる根拠として使われている。
言ってみれぱ、いまの金王朝の統治基盤そのものが歴史の捏造の上に成り立っているのである。
同じ半島国家の韓国も、歴史に対する姿勢において、北朝鮮とはまさに「五十歩百歩」である。
たとえば日韓関係の歴史に関して、韓国はまず、歴史事実の隠蔽と抹消を徹底して行っている。
1910年から45年までの日本統治時代、当時の日本政府と朝鮮総督府は、朝鮮半島の近代化と経済建設などに多大な貢献をしていた。
その時代、日本政府は数十年にわたって国家予算の約10％を半島に投入して、鉄道や道路、上水道、下水道、電気などのインフラ、病院、学校、工場などの整備を行い、近代教育制度や近代医療制度の整備を進めたのである。 朝鮮王朝時代の悪しき身分制度が廃止されて身分解放が実現されたのも、各種の学校がただの40校程度から1000校以上に増やされたのも、朝鮮独自の文字であるハングルが普及できたのも、日本統治時代においてである。
そういう意味では、日本による朝鮮半島のための優れた統治政策がなければ、いまの近代国家の韓国はなかったはずであるが、これらの歴史的事実は当然、韓国の歴史記述から完全に抹消、あるいは極力隠蔽されている。
彼らの書いた「日本植民地時代」の歴史は、日本人が朝鮮半島で「悪行の限りを尽くした」という「犯罪の歴史」となっている。
その一方、韓国は、日本に対して一貫して捏造の歴史を根拠に強請（ゆす）るようなことを繰り返し行ってきた。
たとえば、彼らは以前から、「日本軍の強制連行による従軍慰安婦」という真つ赤な嘘を作り上げて、日本を外交的に叩くための道具として用いたり、日本政府から金を巻き上げるための材料として使っている。
この大事な「金づる」が徐々に効力を失っていくと、今度は「朝鮮労働者の強制徴用」という捏造話を持ち出して、日本政府と多くの日本企業に対する強請りの好材料にしているのである。
その際、史実はどうでもいい。
とにかく、日本を叩いたり強請るためのネタが欲しい。
そのためには、ありもしない捏造された「歴史的事実」を１から作り出せばいいのである。
こうしてみると、朝鮮半島の２つの国家である北朝鮮と韓国は、歴史に対する姿勢はまさに大同小異であって、それこそ同文同種というものである。
もちろん二つの半島国家の歴史に対する扱い方は、大陸の中国のそれとも同工異曲であり、真髄は相通じているのである。
問題は、一体なぜ、中国と二つの半島国家は、歴史に対してこのようなデタラメな態度を取るようになったのか。
歴史の事実を平気で抹消したり捏造したりする彼らの異常な精神構造の深層には何があるのか。
この問題を探求していけば、中国と朝鮮半島が共有する一つの思想的伝統にたどり着くことになるのだが、それは次回に譲ろう。
私は、この章を再発信していて、ぞっとする事実に気が着いた。
先般来、中露の艦隊が日本列島を北は北海道から南は対馬に至る海域を進行して合同軍事演習を行っている。
彼らは、これ以上ない邪悪な考えと悪辣な心情で、ヤルタ会談は、今も生きているぞ、と、日本を脅迫しているのである。
日本は即刻、以下の事々を実行しなければならない。
国連の敵国条項から日本を外させる…国連にこんなものを今でも残させておいて、長年、米国と並ぶ、超多額の国連維持資金を提供して来た日本は、以前にも言及したが、北朝鮮以上の、現代の漫画国家、馬鹿な国だったのだから。
「ドイツに学んで」即刻、米国の核を共有する体制を構築しなければならない。
私達は即刻憲法を改正して中露等の最低・最悪国家からの攻撃と侵略を抑止しなければならない。
実際、ロシア人どもは人をなめ切った嘘をつく。と題して2019-03-22に発信した章がアメーバの検索数で断トツの第一位に入っている。
理由は言うまでもないだろう。
以下は今週号の週刊新潮に掲載されている高山正之の名物コラム「変見自在」からである。
ロシアの大罪
北方四島はヤルタ会談でロシアのものになった。
日本は御託を並べず、それを素直に受け入れたらどうだとラブロフ外相はふんぞり返って宣うた。
前後してガルージン駐日大使も「北方四島は完全に合法的に獲得した」と尻馬に乗った。
しかしロシア人の雑言にメディアは沈黙するか朝日新聞の如く「ニ島でも」とロシアに媚態をつくるか。
中村史郎編集局長には男性器がついているか怪しい。
そんな中で産経新聞の斎藤勉が啖呵を切った。
日本軍が武装解除した後、ロシアが攻め込んだ。
まるで火事場泥棒じゃないかと。
それも９月２日、戦艦ミズーリ艦上で降伏調印式が行われているころロシア人はやっと国後に着いた。
歯舞や色丹に入るのはもう3日も先のことだ。
斎藤はまた「日本人60万人を騙して酷寒の地に拉致し奴隷同然に酷使、６万人を殺した」事実を挙げて口シアに国家犯罪を認めさせねばならないと言った。
彼とは現役時代、アトランタ五輪取材で一緒に仕事をしたことがある。
東外大ロシア語科の出身でモスクワ特派員時代にソ連共産党解体の大特ダネを取っている。
仕事は遅いが実直そのものの記事を書いた。
こういう過激な物言いをする一文は初めてお目にかかる。
特派員は学んだ言葉の国、英語だったら米国を盲目的なまでに愛する。
彼の場合はロシアをこよなく依怙贔屓するところだが、それを考えれば余程許せなかったのだろう。
実際、ロシア人どもは人をなめ切った嘘をつく。
ラブロフは北方四島の帰属は1945年２月のヤルタ会談で決まった「公知の事実」風に言う。
しかし渡辺惣樹訳『フーバー回顧録』には終戦２年後になって米紙が会談のさわりをスクープし、それからさらに８年後に米国務省が会談の報告書を出した。
ただ「欧州関係だけで日本関係については１行もなかった」とある。 「日本は９月２日の調印時にもヤルタ協定の存在も知らなかった」（佐藤優）し、内容も分かっていない。
Ｆ・ルーズベルト（ＦＤＲ）とスターリンの間にどんな密約があったのか。
「ロシアは北海道の半分を欲しがった。マッカーサーは断り、米軍が掣肘（せいちゅう）できる名古屋を勧めたがロシアは応じなかった」とＧＨＱ外交局長ウィリアム・シーボルトの記録にある。
しかしマッカーサーは原爆投下にすら関与させてもらえなかった小物だ。
何の決定権もない。
やはりＦＤＲがカギになる。
彼はスターリンに大甘で、ソ連に3票の国連議決権を与え、東欧もソ連の好きにさせた。
スターリンは二言目には「日露戦争の仕返し」を口にしてきた。
自力で日本軍をやっつけようとノモンハンを襲ってみたものの逆に潰走させられた。
日本軍にはどうしても勝てなかったが、ただ勝つ機会はある。
日本軍が降伏して丸腰になったときだ。
報復は事前に考えていた。
まず日本人をシベリアの奴隷にすること。
もう一つが領土侵奪だ。
斎藤勉の『スターリン秘録』には「南樺太と千島列島を取ればオホーツクに閉じ込められた我が艦隊が自由に太平洋に出られる」と具申する海軍将校の言葉がある。
さらに「千島、宗谷、津軽、対馬の各海峡を奪取する」戦略が語られ、チャーチルが「露艦隊が太平洋に出るのを歓迎すると激励した」とある。
ヤルタ会談にはチャーチルともっとロシア贔屓のＦＤＲが加わる。
恐らく北海道のすべてと対馬の侵攻を英米が黙認する取り決めがあったのではないか。
そうでなければ終戦後の火事場泥棒を英米が黙認した理由は見当たらない。
ただロシアは骨の髄までダメで、降伏日本軍に楯突かれると腰砕けになって結局は北海道までたどり着けなかった。
北方四島を取るのが限界だった。
だからと言ってロシアの非道を不問に付す理由にはならない。
各紙も斎藤勉を少しは見習うがいい。
