本来はマーケット原則に基づいてすべてが動くが、中国はマーケット原則をまったく無視している。
中国モデルは自由主義経済ではないから可能なのであり、自由主義経済だったらとっくに破綻している。
中国というモンスターを育てたのは日本だ。
1978年に始まった中国の改革開放を支え、1989年の天安門事件後の対中経済制裁を欧米に先駆けて解除し、そして日本を貧しくしてきたー。
その責任は、中国幻想を抱いている日本の政治家や経営者にある。
中国に技術支援を行って、資本投下を行って、日本国内に利益を持って帰れないから現地で再投資を行った。
中国の資本規制は厳しく、ほとんどの利益を中国国内で再投資しないと中国共産党の嫌がらせにあう。
利益を国内に持ち帰ることができて初めて投資と呼ぶ。
持ち帰れないものに投資し、一所懸命働く、バカバカしいと思わないのだろうか。

2014年の8月以降に、私はドイツにSüddeutsche Zeitungというドイツでは一流新聞と称されているらしい新聞が、ジャパン・タイムズや朝日新聞の反日記事を利用して頻繁に反日記事を掲載し続けていたらしい事を知った。
ほどなくドイツ国内の世論調査で反日思想を持っているドイツ人が約半数という数字を見た。
私は南ドイツ新聞で反日記事を書き続けて来た記者に言いたい。
もしフランスやポーランドが中国や朝鮮半島の様な態様の国であるとしよう。
彼らがアンチ・ドイツ・プロパガンダを常に行い、世界でのドイツの名誉と信用を絶えず傷つけるような活動を世界中で行い続けているとしよう。
もし、君が朝日新聞やジャパン・タイムズなどを日本を代表する知性だとか、正しいメディアだと考えているなら、
君は、彼らと同様に、君の国に対する誹謗中傷に同調するだけではなく、
アンチ・ドイツ・プロパガンダを利するために、数々の捏造記事を世界に向かって大報道し、彼らにドイツに対する格好の攻撃材料を与え続けるのか。
そして、アンチ・ドイツ・プロパガンダを常に行う国に国連を支配させ、
彼らにドイツに対する人権勧告を出させる為に国連にご注進に行く様な売国奴達のバックボーンのメディアでありたいのか。
南ドイツ新聞で反日記事を書き続けて来た記者よ。
君は、朝日新聞やNHKなどと同等の、この世で最も恥ずべき人間なのか。
本論文は戦後の世界で最も重要な論文の一つである。
戦後の世界で唯一無二のブログとして2010年7月に登場した「文明のターンテーブル」の中でも、最も重要な論文の一つである。

それは極めてゾッとする話なのである。
何故なら、これが事実なら、中国の天文学的な軍備増強は、日本のお金に依って為されていると言っても過言ではない。

それを高利で貸し付け、返済不能となれば、中国の資産として取り上げてしまう。
中国が目を付けた、戦略上の要所に在る発展途上国の港湾や空港、鉄道等のインフラを、実は日本からのお金を使用して中国のものとしてしまう。
人類史上最大、最悪の悪辣と、人類史上最大、最悪の「お人よし」と言う名の愚劣が為されている事になるからである。
何故、こんな事が為されたか？
これは、本欄が登場する2010年7月のはるか以前に中国に依って為されていた策謀だったからである。
記事にもあるように日中の協議は1996年に本格化した。
更には、2014年8月までは朝日新聞が日本を支配していたからである。或る面では、それが最大因子だったとも言える。
何故なら、本件をリードした外務省及び政治家、否、愚かな政治屋達の全てが、朝日新聞を購読、精読していたからである。
彼らは朝日新聞を精読して出来上がった頭脳以外は持っていなかったからである。
もう一つの最大因子はGHQの日本占領政策である。
つまり米国も、本件に対して最大責任があるのである。
本件は、底知れぬ悪」と「まことしやかな嘘」の国である中国が国連を悪用して来た事の結果である。
CWC（化学兵器禁止条約）発効が迫った1996年から日中協議が本格化し…このＣＷＣは、この姦計を成就するための中国の策謀だったのだろう。
日本に核兵器禁止条約にサインさせようと目論んでいる団体。
彼らの目的は日本に対して永久に核を持たせない事である。
つまり、実は、日本こそが中国にとっての最大の眼目なのである。
日本のピースボートが、その主要団体である運動に対して、あろうことか、ノーベル平和賞が授与された。
本論文をもって、初めて、日本国民のみならず世界中の人達は、これらが全て中国の策謀だった事に気づくだろう。
石川久遠氏の記事が全くの事実であるとなれば、国際社会は、即刻、日本政府に対して、中国に対するお金の支払いの停止を勧告しなければならない。
何故なら、中国が目論む、これ以上ない邪悪である「世界の中国化」は、日本からのお金で為されている事になるからである。
この事について、全く報道してこなかったマスメディアは、ジャーナリストとしての資格が全くないだけではなく、日本国民としても、人間としても、完全失格である。
所謂「遺棄化学兵器処理」で中共に60兆円を支払う日本、これを決めたのは民主党政権。
中国の代理人と言っても過言ではない朝日新聞も大いに肩入れしていたのだろう。
だが、これは日本国史上最大、最悪の国家に対する犯罪行為である。
今なお、彼らが続けている森友問題。
彼らが突然開始し大報道したモリ・カケ・サクラは、この問題を日本国民から隠す為に、彼らと中国が仕組んだと言っても全く過言ではない。
民主党政権の時に突然中国が起こした尖閣諸島沖合への不法侵入と海保船への体当たり事件も、この問題を日本国民から隠すためだったと考えれば全てが符牒する。
この記事についての真贋を小欄なりの方法で確かめてはいるが、現時点でも、ほぼ100%真実であろうとの確信が強い。

今年、NHKが連日の様に大写しして来た野党の女性議員、或いは、この女性が創業者だったピースボート。
学生の分際で、北朝鮮に寄港したりの世界一周の船旅などを、どうして段取り出来たのか？
北朝鮮のエージェントであることは100％間違いがないだろうという確信を持ったのである。
それにしてもである。
日本は国家として重大な欠陥があるのではないか？
この事は日本中の大学の態様についても言える事だ。
以前に、何かの事で東京大学の或る学部を検索して驚いた事を書いた。
文科系の学部は、何故か、韓国人と中国人の教授が、それぞれ二人づついるのである。
多分、そういう枠があるのだろうなと推測される。
4年前の8月まで朝日新聞が、特に日本の学界を支配して来た事の弊害の最たるものが上記の態様だろう。
日本中の国公立大学の大半が、東大の文科系と同様の態様のはずだ。
私立は？私立大学にも多額の補助金が投下されているから、事は、全く一緒なのである。
反日プロパガンダが存在理由の国であり、まともな学問があり得るわけがない体制の国である中国、韓国から大量の似非学者達を税金で養い、大学生を、彼らの反日プロパガンダで洗脳させる。
そんな馬鹿な国が世界のどこにあろうか？
立命館大学で100％北朝鮮のスパイだった人間の一番弟子として学んだ後に朝日新聞に入社。
朝日新聞から延世大学に留学して、信じがたい侮日、従韓記事を書き続けている箱田哲也のような人間が、マスメディアの中枢にいる事実。
これほど身の毛がよだつ怪談は世界の何処の国にも無い事に国民が気づくべき時はとうに来ている。
昨日は午後7時まで全くニュースを目にしなかった。

それで東証が800円も急落した事等について、全く知らずにいた。
中国よ。
もし自分達がまともな人間で出来ているまともな国だと考えているのなら、軍備増強に投下している天文学的な金額を、即刻、世界に対する賠償金として支払うべきだろう。
国連よ。
未だに中国に対して武漢ウイルスの発生源調査を実施出来ていない態様、及び、初期の態様について、重大な責任があるぞ。
その重大性に鑑みて、即刻、国連は解体されなければならない。
日本は国連に対して日本を敵国扱いしている条項を即刻改めさせよ。
長い間、米国に次ぐ超多額の国連維持資金を提供して来た日本が、敵国扱いをそのままにして来た態様は、現代の漫画国家である北朝鮮より愚かな漫画国家であると言っても過言ではない。
おまけに2014年8月まで日本を支配して来た朝日新聞と、これに同調して来た所謂文化人達は、こんな国連を至上のものとして、日本国の上に置いて来た。
この点を加味すれば北朝鮮より愚かな現代の漫画国家だったのである。
日中友好などと言う言葉に騙されて貧しかった中国に対して史上最高の資金援助、技術援助を行って来た日本。
その結果が今の中国である事。
その中国は明らかに日本に対して核攻撃まで考えてミサイルを配置している事を考えれば、史上最も嘲笑されるべき漫画国家である。
日本は北朝鮮より愚かな現代の漫画国家だったのである。
COP26は、GHQの意図通り、日本が弱体化された事を証明もしていたのである。
中国がモーリスと仕組み、アル・ゴアを引き入れて始めた気候変動騒動、その嘘は中国自身の破綻を齎している。
中国が直面している信じがたい停電の態様は、中国に対する天罰であると言っても過言ではない。
COP26は、まともな合意も得られなかった。
中国がモーリスと仕組み、アル・ゴアを引き入れて始めた、(嘘だから)、綺麗ごとだけのパリ合意。
今日まで続いたのは、世界中のマスメディア、国連、政治屋が出鱈目で、愚かだからだった。
余程、小さい国なのだろうが、欧州の石炭火力発電所を持たない一部の国が強硬に推し進めたという、石炭火力発電を期限を区切って早急に廃止する、との結論に対して、終に、中国はNOを言わざるを得なかった。インドが同調して、中国がモーリスと仕組み、アル・ゴアを引き入れて始めた嘘は、やっと終焉した。
如何に「底知れぬ悪」と「まことしやかな嘘」の国の中国であっても、嘘で国家を破綻させるほどの馬鹿ではなかったという事。
冒頭の本題に戻って、本章では結論だけを書いておく。
石炭火力発電において限りなく二酸化炭素の排出を低減させる世界最高の技術を有しているのは日本である。
日本以外の他の先進諸国が、日本の立場にあったなら、結論に書かせたからである。
世界中の石炭火力発電所は、究極の技術である我が国の火力発電タービンを使用しなければならない。
私は、今、テレビ東京のWBSをながら見していたのだが、この間、高市さんが生出演した時の、佐々木明子アナと、日経新聞論説主幹だというコメンテーターの異様な態様については既述の通り。
今夜も、また、これは、もう以上の極みとしか言いようがない態様だった。
自民党の議員票について、届け出順に言えば、河野、岸田、高市が、今、現在では、岸田氏が若干リードしているが、情勢は極めて流動的である事は、一般国民の常識的な展望である。
実は、国民的な人気は高市氏が圧倒していて、その実態が、最終的に、形となって現れるだろうと、私は推測している。
日経新聞ですら今朝のフロントページで、三氏が競っている事を見出しで掲載しているにも拘わらず、佐々木明子は、高市氏の名前を全く上げずに、河野、岸田の争いだと発言し、徹頭徹尾、高市氏を無視したのである。
上記の二人は、これ以上ない程の偏向報道を、連続して行った。
ジャーナリストとして失格である以前に、彼らが、高市氏を、こんなに明瞭に無視する理由は何なのか？
これ程の酷さに対する推測は、高田純氏の用語に倣えば、佐々木明子は、中国が日本に放っている「トロイの木馬」である以外に説明が着かない。
高市氏が生出演した時には、日本は女性の議員が少ない、社会進出度が低い事を、重要問題として、取り上げた。
それが、彼らの本心であるならば、史上初めて女性首相が誕生しようとしている事こそ、最大のニュースとして伝えるはずである。
つまり、彼らは、反日勢力が、国連を利用して、日本を貶めている実態と同様に、日本を貶める為に、女性云々を利用しているだけだという、言語同断な実態を、満天下に示しているのだという事にすら気が着かない程に、何かに取りつかれている。
私は、それこそ、中国なのだろうと推測するが。
以下は、後述する論文の為の覚書である。
日本は有史以来、女性が世界で最も幸福に生きて来た国である。
中国と韓国の反日教育と名のナチズムを放置し続けている国際社会、国連は出鱈目な世界であり組織である。
彼らは上記の2国の教育で作り上げられたナチスト達が国際社会で執拗に繰り広げている反日プロパガンダの一環として、あろうことか、日本では女性が差別されている、
女性の社会進出が世界で100番以下だ等と、定期的に報告等というものを発して来た。
朝日新聞等の新聞やNHK等のテレビ局は、その都度、何一つ反論すらせず、これを、その通りであると、大きく報道し、日本政府を批判して来た。
今回の総裁選挙に、高市早苗という、全自民党議員の中でも最高の政治哲学と見識を持った女性、数多の醜い野郎どもは足元にも及ばない覚悟と日本国民としてのプライドを持った、これ以上ない女性が立候補した。
もし、彼らのこれまでの報道が、単なるおためごかしや似非モラリズムではなかったのだとしたら、猛烈に、史上初めて誕生する可能性が、今、そこに在る、高市早苗について、大報道したはずである。或いは応援したはずである。
ところが、彼らが、やっている事は、何からかにまで極めてまともな哲学を持ち、言わば、故・土光敏夫の様な暮らしと生き方をしている彼女に、あろうことか、保守などという意味不明のレッテルを貼っている。
彼らが貼っている保守と言う言葉を、彼らは否定的に使用している事、彼らの馬鹿で低能な応援団達は、あろうことか、彼女に危険、等と言うレッテルすら貼っている始末。
低能で大馬鹿者達に言おう（私が目にした中に二人いた、元NHK職員の池田信夫と元都知事の舛添である）。あなた方は、今すぐに最寄りの書店に向かい、21世紀に生きていて、活字が読める人間、理解能力がある人間の全てが読まなければならない必読の本である、「中国共産党 暗黒の百年史」（石平）を購読に向かわなければならない。
危険とは習近平、及び中国共産党の様なものの事を言うのである。
或いは、本当のまともな人間に対して、危険等と言うレッテルを貼る程に、物事が何にも見えていない、貴方がたのような人間が一番危険なのだと言っても過言ではない。
2010年7月に登場して以来、本欄の論説が、ほぼ100%正鵠を射ていた事は、歴然たる事実である。
本欄が、上記の二人の様な御仁に、正鵠を射ている事とは何かを教えて上げよう。
今回の立候補者3人の中で、頭脳的に、思考能力的に、性格的に、哲学的に、性癖的に、本質的に危険な人間は、ただ一人、河野太郎だけである。
後の二人は、日本国の首相に相応しい人材である。
上記のマスメディア＝旧態依然の伝統的なメディアは、今回、自分達が、おためごかし、で、似非モラリズムの、嘘つきである事。
自虐史観ゆえの反日思想で、国際社会、国連が、日本を批判すると嬉々として飛びついて、報道番組、ワイドショーを上げて、政府批判を行う、大馬鹿者達の集団、
売国奴、国賊と言っても過言ではない組織であり集団である事、
NHK職員は国民の税金で日本最高級の給料と年金を得て生計を立てながら。
民間放送局等は、これと同等の日本最高級の給料を得ながら、連日、日本国政府と国民を批判している日本史上、最低の人間達である事を実証しているのである。
産経新聞は、今、最も、まともな新聞であるが、全ての記者が、現役最高のジャーナリストであるわけではない事は言うまでもない。
ソビエトのスパイ事件であるレフチェンコ事件等が明るみに出た時には、産経新聞の社員の名前もあった。
相手国の情報工作を行う側は、例えば、対象がメディアなら主要なメディアは全て網羅するだろうからとうぜんだろうが。
だが、昨日、高市氏の出馬会見について書いた、記者達は、ジャーナリストにとっての基本である５W１Hを欠いている記事を発信した事を猛省しなければならない。
今、本稿を書くために昨日の産経新聞2ページを読み直してみれば、大見出しの下にも大きく、出馬表明、処理水放出には慎重、と記載されていたのには、今、気づいたのだが。
私は、本文中の最後の箇所、8日の会見では、東京電力福島第一原発の処理水の海洋放出について「風評被害を広げる可能性がある。そのリスクがある限り放出の決断はしない」と語ったことも保守層の疑念を招きかねない、これを読んで、正に疑念を感じたのである。
何や、小泉進次郎と同じレベルの事を言っているんかいな、と。
それが全くの杞憂であった事は、昨日、彼女が出演したインターネットである「虎ノ門ニュース」で、視聴者は完璧に知る事が出来た。
それどころか、中国、韓国、この世界に二つだけの反日国家、反日教育と言う名のナチズムで国民を教育し続けていて、ナチストを量産している国だけならまだしも。
この両国が反日教育と言う名のナチズムで国民を教育し続けていてナチストを量産し続けている事を放置し続けているドイツに代表される国際社会と国連の出鱈目さに、私が何度も言及している事は御存知の通りである。
総務大臣だった高市氏が昨日発言した内容は私を含む大半の日本国民にとって初耳だったはずである。
つまり、日本の最重要同盟国である米国が、未だに、福島産品のみならず北関東、東日本一帯の産品の輸入を許可していない。
高市氏は言う、「国民と同様に、私も国会食堂等で、福島産品を、毎日美味しく食べているのに、同盟国である米国が未だに輸入制限しているのですよ。これを正すのが先でしょう。…第一原発については、東電も、私が確認した技術者も、現場に水が入り込むのを遮断する壁を設置する事は出来る。建屋の屋上に屋根を作って雨水を防ぐ事も出来る。海洋放出を開始する2年後までに、同盟国である米国を始めとした輸入制限国家群に対して、輸入制限を外させる事が先でしょう。私は、それをします。」
彼女は、総務大臣だった時にあった経緯等も話しながら、放出をしないと言ってるわけではない事を、明瞭に語ってくれたのである。
今月末に、訪米してバイデン大統領と会う事を決定した菅首相は、バイデンに、日本産品の輸入制限の完全撤廃を、不退転の決意で申し入れ是正させなければならない。
最重要同盟国である米国が、こんな馬鹿な事をしている背景は、検証せずとも分かるはずなのだから。
即ち、全米に、日本人よりはるかに多くいる在米韓国人達や、中国人達の執拗な反日運動の結果である事は明白なのだから。
もし、そうでないとししたら、米国は、科学的な国家、知性ある国家とは、とても言えないのだから。
