Google社は、この犯罪者を特定して刑事告訴しなければならない。
それは、インターネットという人類史上最大の図書館を利用して、世界最大級の企業となって莫大な利益を上げ続けている貴社の務めである。
インターネットから犯罪者を駆逐する事、則ち彼らに厳罰を課する事は、貴社にしか出来ない事であり、貴社の務めなのだから。

「中国人は料理に使った油をそのまま流しの排水口に流してしまうのです。本来、使用済みの油は新聞などに吸わせて"燃えるゴミ"として別途、捨てなければなりません。そうしないとパイプが油で詰まってしまいますからね。しかし、中国人はそれをしない。それで騒動になってマンションの管理組合の理事長が注意したのですが、中国人は悪びれもせず『管理規約に油を流してはダメだと書いてない』と開き直ったそうです。
中国人居住者が増えたら、こと細かにきちんと説明しないといけないので大変だ、とオーナーは嘆いています。だから、私たちも本音は、できるだけ日本人の方と取引したいんです」
業界では「中国人が物件を見たら即効で買われる」というのが常識になっている。
また日本の不動産が投機対象にされる傾向も収まっていない。
「中国人を紹介されて、ホテルで商談をしたことがあります。その中国人は。私にはどんなメリットがあるのか、どれぐらい儲けさせてくれるのか、とそればかりでした。不動産売買で”どれだけ儲けるか”ということしか考えていないのです。私が『家やマンションは長く住むために買うものであって儲けるものではありません』と話したら憮然（ぶぜん）としていました」（同）
中国の富裕層に特に人気があるのは新宿をはじめとする都心エリアだという。
中国人向けの日本の不動産物件売買サイト「神居秒算」によれば、人気の不動産は一位東京、二位大阪、三位横浜で、東京では一位新宿区、二位港区、三位板橋区となっている。
日本の不動産は格安で、中国では「上海のマンションの一室で東京のビルー棟が買える」などという噂が飛び交っているという。
実際に高額物件の取引がオンライン内見だけで「キャッシュで即決」も多いという。
とても日本人が太刀打ちできるはずがない。
この傾向は東京だけではない。
産経新聞（10月26日付）には、単に不動産に留まらず、コロナで経営に苦しむ地方のホテルや旅館に中国が買収の手を伸ばしていることが「ホテル旅館経営研究所」の話としてこう紹介されている。
「昨年夏頃、問い合わせは月100件程度だったが、今年7月は350件、8月は400件、9月は450件と増え続けている。今年はすでに10件ほど成立するなど、売買契約は急増している」
将来、自ら移住することも視野に、まずはコロナ後の中国人観光客を見込んで老舗旅館や由緒あるホテルが人気を博しているーと同記事は指摘している。
長く問題にされてきた森林や水資源の中国による買収行為。
そしてコロナ禍で徹底的に傷めつけられた日本経済で懸念されていた不動産買収。
これらは、すでに現実のものになっているのである。

国連の勧告が、あろうことか、日本に対して為され続けて来た事、中国、韓国については、殆ど為されて来なかった事

以下は、今日の産経新聞・社説からである。
本論文は、ドイツについて私が言及して来た章の全てが正鵠を射ていた事を射ていた事を証明している。
ドイツとは、一言で言えば、偽善（似非モラリズム）国家である、と言っても全く過言ではない。
「底知れぬ悪」と「まことしやかな嘘」の国である中国と韓国は反日教育と言う名のナチズムを続けている全体主義国家である。
「底知れぬ悪」と「まことしやかな嘘」は偽善を利用する。偽善を宿主として増殖するのである。
国連は、成り立ちそのものが、偽善で出来ている組織である。
勧告と称して彼らが発するものの全てが偽善であると言っても過言ではない。
国連の勧告が、あろうことか、日本に対して為され続けて来た事、中国、韓国については、殆ど為されて来なかった事、
中国の甚だしい大気汚染に対しても国連は何一つ勧告しなかった。
現在の、ナチスよりも残虐で非道であると言っても過言ではないウィグル族等に対するジェノサイドに対しても何らの勧告を発していない。
武漢ウィルス発生源の解明調査等についても国連は何らの勧告を発していない。
こんな国連を、日本よりも上に置いて来たのが朝日新聞と彼らの論説で出来ている頭脳の持ち主達である学者や所謂人権派弁護士、文化人達、所謂市民団体である。
だから、彼らはドイツを徹底的に利用した、ドイツもまた、進んで彼らに利用された。
その結果として、ドイツ国民の半数が反日思想を持っている等と言う信じがたい現実が出来上がっていたのである。
2014年8月まで朝日新聞に支配されて来た日本も偽善（似非モラリズム）国家だったのだと言っても過言ではない。
だから朝日新聞と彼らの論説で出来ている頭脳の持ち主達である学者や所謂文化人達が、ドイツに学べ、などという戯けた事を真顔で言い続けて来たのである。

I switched from Google Chrome, which I had been using, to Edge several years ago.
I have published this column on Ameba and Goo almost every day since July 2010.
Last year, on August 8, 2023, I suddenly could not log in to Ameba.
Suddenly, I could not log in to Ameba.
As I write this, I remember that at first, a comment appeared saying, "We are currently under maintenance."
I thought to myself, "I thought there was no such notice," and checked the relevant column of Ameba to be sure.
There was no such notice.
I wondered what was going on and searched the Internet.
I went through the login procedure again, just as it appeared on the screen.
I was convinced the other day that this was a criminal's trick.
Criminals use some trick to get you to log in again.
The purpose is to steal your password.
The scary thing about Ameba is that the criminals can quickly delete all chapters after logging in.
All they have to do is click the "delete all chapters" button.
How did I know this for sure?
Last September, I became aware of a better blogging alternative to Ameba, which I joined as a paying member and have continued to post on.
Suddenly, the other day, an event like the above Ameba occurred.
For a moment, I panicked.
However, the site is owned by a company run by highly talented people.
The managers there are as competent as I am.
There was no way they would suddenly do what was shown on the screen that came up.
The Ameba incident was also a lesson learned.
A screen came up asking me to log in.
Since joining the site last September, I have never seen a screen asking me to log in.
I felt this was suspicious and decided to turn off my PC for a while.
When I turned it on again, no screen appeared asking me to log in.
I was able to start working as usual.
Microsoft (Edge) should investigate this matter.

以下は、アメーバ＝サイバーエージェント社と、マイクロソフト社への報告です。
私は数年前から、それまで使用していたグーグルクロームからエッジに切り替えた。
本欄は、2010年7月から、ほぼ連日、Gooと同時に、アメーバでも発信していた。
昨年8/8の事である。
突然、アメーバにログインできなくなった。
今、書いていて思い出したのだが、最初は、「ただいまメンテナンス中につき…」のコメントが出てきた。
私は、あれ、そんな告知はなかったはずだが、と思い、念のために、アメーバの該当欄をみてみた。
そんな告知はなかった。
一体、何なんだ、と思い、ネットを検索してみたりした。
再度、ログインの手続きをした…これが手口だったのだな、と、先日、確信した。
何らかの手口で、このような事を行い、再度、ログイン手続きをさせる。
その目的は、パスワードを盗み取るため。
アメーバは、恐ろしいことに、ログインした人間が、簡単に、全ての章を削除できるのである。
全章を削除する、の項目をクリックするだけで良いのである。
私は、何故、この事を確信したか。
昨年9月に、私は、アメーバに代わる、もっと良質なブログサイトに気がつき、有料会員として入会、発信を継続している。
先日、突然、上記のアメーバのような事象が生じた。
私は、一瞬、慌てかかった。
だが、そのサイトは、極めて優秀な人間たちが経営している会社のサイトである。
そこの経営者たちは、私と同等の頭脳レベルの持ち主達である。
出てきた画面に表示されているような事を、突然、するわけもない。
アメーバの事件も教訓として生きていた。
ログインを促す画面が出てきたのである。
昨年、9月に入会して以来、ログインを要求する画面など出てきた事はなかった。
これは怪しい、と感じた私は、一旦、PCの電源を切る事にした。
再度、電源を入れたら、ログインを要求されるような画面は出てこなかった。
通常通り作業を開始できた。
この件、マイクロソフト社（エッジ）は調査して下さい。
