Fragrant olive

This is the picture of 'fragrant olive.'

Walking with my dog, I felt good scent.

It was the scent of 'fragrant olive'; 'ki-n-mo-ku-se-i' in Japanese.

I wish I could send the fragrance to all of you !!

The rural scenery in fall

These are 'Japanese pampas grasses or silver grasses'.

Seeing these grasses, I feel the coming of fall.

Cleaning the lanes

The fall festival will be held next Saturday and Sunday.

This morning from 8 o'clock, we weeded and cleaned the lanes nere here for about half an hour.
Before the festival, the village people get together and do it.
This is also one of the annual events.
