In South Korea opposition parties were planning to impeach the president Yoon Suk Yeol again who declared martial law on the night of December 3 due to the deadlock of his administration. And the second impeachment bill was sent to the Diet, which consists of 300 lawmakers, and was passed in the plenary session of it December 14 with some lawmakers belonging to the ruling party. And the president job is suspended and Prime Minister Han Duck-soon will act for him for some time. After this, judicial judgement is expected to be finalized within 6 months at the Constitutional Court. If the president is fired by its judgement, the presidential election is to be held within 60 days.

And also they will ease the conditions with which the nuclear power plant would be rebuilt.
The new plan will include the policy to utilize the nuclear power generation for decarbonization and stable supply of power in addition to the dealing with the increased power demand.

The government and ruling parties are planning to pass the bill through all the procedures in the Diet as they started their deliberations in the Budget Committee of the House of Representatives.

In South Korea President Yoon Suk Yeol declared an emergency martial law on the night of December 3 by which political activities are banned and mass media's reports are limited. The president pointed out the fact that the opposition parties had been repeatedly sent the bills of impeachments of senior government officials to the Diet as its reason. But after the resolution for the termination of the martial law was decided in the Diet at the dawn of December 4, the president abolished that martial law. The cancelation was only 6 hours after the martial law was declared. Given this situation, the 6 opposition parties are now thinking of sending the bill of impeachment of the president to the Diet.

According to the new scheme, the person who wants organ transplantation can register multiple medical facilities where they would have their operation. And it is to be started within this fiscal year. Among the functions of mediation of organ transplantation, which have exclusively been dealt with by Japan Organ Transplantation Network, the communication with the patient families and the management of extraction operation of organs are cut off from JOT and they would be entrusted to the newly established corporation.
