原発依存低減　見直し　電力需要増に対応　エネルギー基本計画　　４０年度電源　再エネ５割、原子力２割

The outline of the Basic Energy Plan which the Government is going to revise after a three-year interval has been made clear recently. According to it, they will revise the policy to reduce the nuclear power generation as much as possible which has been decided since the East Japan Big Earthquake, but they will review the plan and shift to that to make the utmost of the nuclear power generation as much as possible. And also they will ease the conditions with which the nuclear power plant would be rebuilt.
The new plan will include the policy to utilize the nuclear power generation for decarbonization and stable supply of power in addition to the dealing with the increased power demand.

The extra budget bill in fiscal 2004 for the comprehensive economic measures that the Ishiba Cabinet had first compiled was passed in the plenary session of the House of Representatives with the approval of the Liberal Democratic Party, the Komeito, the Japan Innovation Party, and the Democratic Party for the People, and sent to the House of Councilors. The government and ruling parties are planning to pass the bill through all the procedures in the Diet as they started their deliberations in the Budget Committee of the House of Representatives.
