大卒採用　来年春１３．５%増　人材確保、時期早める　本社調査　４年連続２ケタ増
According to a survey conducted by The Nihon Keizai Shimbun, major companies's next spring hiring of college graduates will likely increase on average by 13.5% compared with the previous year,marking the fourth consecutive increase.Another aspect regarding companies' securing the human resources is that one in four companies has advanced the date of issuing its unofficial employment notice to expected graduates. This means intensified competition among companies for competent young human resources.

The Tokyo District Court sentenced former Livedoor Co. president Takafumi Horie 2 and a half years in prison without suspension,with regard to the so-called Livedoor scandal.Presiding judge Toshiyuki Kosaka said in the ruling that horie's conduct violated the stock market's fairness and　was very vicious.
