パナソニック 三洋の白物家電売却 中国ハイアールに 統合へ重複事業解消
Sanyo Electric Co.,a subsidiary of Panasonic Corporation,has decided to sell its washing machine and refrigerator businesses to a Chinese major home electronics maker Haier Group. Sanyo intends to have completed by around fiscal 2011 transferring to Haier Group its business bases of development, manufacturing and sales, which are located in Japan an South East Asian countries. As it is to be merged with Panasonic in January, 2012, Sanyo will settle the pending problem that some businesses overlap with those of Panasonic.
