But,if supported by domestic demand, Japanese ecomomy's expansion will continue from now on.Another fact is that capital investment's expansion has been lasting for more than 4 years.One more fact recently noticed is that production might have decreased slightly in the period from January to March.

Some 140 CATV service operators across the country have decided to jointly launch wireless high-speed communication service,whose communication speed would be on a par with that through the optical fiber networks.They likely can privide the Internet accessability through this service for the people moving on or living in the mountainous areas that have not cable networks.They are going to apply for a license necessary for the service this summer,and after getting it,they intend to begin the service from 2008.

外来医療　高齢者へ定額制　厚労省　来年春　過剰診療抑える
The Ministry of Health,Labor and Welfare has decide to introduce a new system,dubbed "Comprehensive Paying Syetem" in the medical bill payment for the elderly people aged 75 years and over visiting hospitals as outpatints,where medical treatment bill is fixed for every disease regardless of the amount and number of medical checks,medications and others ,around next spring. One of the reasons for this measure is that people concerned think that implementing the new system will lead to curbing the so-called excessive medical treatment.

Land prices surveyed as of January 1,2007,and officially announced on March 22 by The Land and Infrastructurte Ministry rose 0.4% on the national average- for all the categrized purposes-from a year ealier,which was the first rise in 16 years since 19991.While all the local areas's land prices,however,declined, in core cities in the local areas ,such as Sendai or Fukuoka, their land prices turned around to the rise.
