愛 Love

Love suffers long and is kind;　　愛は寛容であり、愛は親切です。

love does not envy;　　　　　　　また人をねたみません。

love does not parade itself,　　愛は自慢せず、

is not puffed up;　　　　　　　　　高慢になりません。



Does not behave rudely,　　　礼儀に反することをせず、

does not seek its own,　　　　自分の利益を求めず、

is not provoked,　　　　　　　　怒らず、

thinks no evil;　　　　　　　　　人のした悪を思わず、


Does not rejoice in iniquity,　　　不正を喜ばずに

but rejoices in the truth;　　　　　真理を喜びます。



Bears all things,　　　　　　　すべてをがまんし、

Believes all things,　　　　　 すべてを信じ、

hopes all things,　　　　　　　すべてを期待し、

endures all things.　　　　　　すべてを耐え忍びます。




Love never fails.・・・　　　愛は決して絶えることがありません。
