In 1987, Huawei was founded in China. In the same year, TSMC, a major semiconductor company, and Winbond, a medium-sized memory company, were founded in Taiwan to support Huawei's growth.
This is because the Meng family, which is the family of Huawei founder Ren Zheng-hi's wife, the Jiao family, which is the founding family of Winbond, and the Tsai family, which is the ancestor of Alibaba and Softbank executive Cai Chong-shing, have strong ties as core members of the "Blue Guard" who have been helping each other for three generations.
Full-scale technology transfer to China through Taiwan began in 1992.
In that year, the Cross-Straits Relations Association of China and the Taiwan Strait Exchange Foundation, which is the equivalent of Japan's Keidanren, agreed to the "1992 Consensus," an agreement to recognize "one China" between Taiwan and China.
This meant that the China Cross-Strait Relations Association and the Taiwan Strait Exchange Foundation, the "blue aid" that had split into China and Taiwan, would once again cooperate across the Strait to unite the two halves of China.
The year signed the agreement, technology transfer from Taiwan to China began.
The target was "dual-use" technology, such as military technology and semiconductor technology.
As a communist country, China is subject to export restrictions, which means that it cannot purchase cutting-edge products directly from the West.
This is where Taiwan's region, which is "China but not China," came into focus.
Taiwan is pro-Japanese, pro-US, and pro-French, and has access to technologies and products that China does not have access to.
First of all, China, which wanted to develop battleships and fighter planes, asked the "blue aid" to transfer technology for the Lafayette-class frigates and Mirage fighter planes purchased by the French company Thomson from the Taiwanese government.
As a result, the weapons and the blueprints of the Lafayette-class frigates purchased by the Taiwanese government passed directly to the Chinese, and the case developed into an international court case.
Besides, the chips and blueprints of the F35 fighter jet being developed by the U.S. government were also transferred to Huawei and the Chinese People's Liberation Army via Taiwanese companies, leading to the release of the J31 fighter jet in China, a copy that looks exactly like the F35.
The smart grid is a surveillance infrastructure.
Although the U.S. government is shutting down Huawei's 5G base stations, China has not given up on building a global surveillance infrastructure.
The alternative to the 5G base stations is a global super grid that connects the world with power grids.
A super grid is an international smart grid that connects across national borders. A smart grid is a set of the power grid and communication networks to monitor electricity consumption and manipulate usage remotely.
The Chinese smart home appliances in each home will be equipped with cameras and microphones connected via IoT technology. Their conversations will be transmitted from the home appliances to China via the smart grid's communication network.
For this purpose, China has been buying up Japanese consumer electronics manufacturers and trademarks.
If you buy a Sharp or Toshiba home appliance thinking it is made in Japan, you will find that it has a communication chip and a camera. There is a possibility that it will leak information to China.
These appliances are now the Chinese capital.
Even if the world is to be connected by power grids, the citizens of various countries will be tempted to reject the idea if they are told, "Let's connect with China by the power grid," in the usual way.
This is where business propaganda comes into play.
In recent years, environmental concerns have become a hot topic, and many countries are promoting policies to increase the number of eco-friendly EVs that do not burn gasoline.
The reason behind this is the issue of carbon dioxide emissions as decided in the Paris Agreement.
China is the world's largest emitter of carbon dioxide, accounting for 30% of its total emissions.
It would not be eco-friendly to promote EVs with high energy loss by regulating only developed countries without regulating China, which actually emits carbon dioxide.
The problem with solar power is that it is available during daylight hours but not after dark. The propaganda that says, "Let's connect the world with a long-distance transmission and communication network and transmit solar-generated electricity from daytime areas during the night," forces the clearing of forests and the laying of useless power grids that are destroying the environment.
It is a wasteful and inefficient solution to connect regions that are far enough apart to cause time differences.
However, while conscious people believe that they are doing something good for the environment, they also believe that the Chinese power system is cheaper and performs better. They are willing to pay for and build the Chinese intelligence infrastructure themselves.
The U.S. Trump administration is aware of the Paris Agreement structure and the construction of Chinese intelligence infrastructure as a set.
That is why it withdrew from the Paris Agreement even though it was criticized by those who were duped by the media. The U.S. President's Declaration of a National Emergency on the Power Grid
On May 1, 2020, U.S. President Trump declared a national emergency on the power grid, banning the import and use of equipment that could pose a security threat to the grid.
One of the reasons for this was that there was a risk that outside communications could manipulate power grid transformers made in China in partnership with Huawei.
The other reason was that the Global Super Grid, promoted by a Chinese front group called GEIDCO (Global Energy Interconnection Development Cooperation Organization), was quietly underway in the US.
GEIDCO is an organization that has raised the issue of climate change, led by the former chairman of China National Grid Corporation.
At first glance, it appears to be a global organization, but most of its board members are of Chinese descent.
Two of the deputy directors are from China's State Grid and have close ties to Huawei. One is Stephen Chu, the Obama-era Energy Secretary, and a Chinese-American, and the other is Masayoshi Son of Softbank.
Masayoshi Son has been advocating the "Asian Supergrid Initiative," which is part of the Global Supergrid and is developing solar power projects to connect Japan's power grid to China via South Korea and Russia.
The impetus for the declaration of the state of emergency came from the fact that a company participating in a plan to connect solar power generation with the national power grid in Aguascalientes' state in the midwest of Mexico was bought by a Japanese company close to Softbank.
The Mexican government's grid crosses the border to connect to the grid in El Paso, Texas, and the El Paso power company, Intersect Power, is an affiliate of Softbank.
Surprisingly, the construction of a Chinese intelligence network in the guise of a smart grid is underway at the very time when the US is rushing to eliminate Huawei's telecommunication base stations from its domestic network.
The power grid was being constructed to connect to Foxconn's Wisconsin plant, where Huawei products are assembled.
The founder of Foxconn originally started the project to promise President Trump to build an LCD (liquid crystal display) factory in the U.S. Still, the construction plan has been changed many times, and the details of the project have not been disclosed.
On the other hand, it is said that it will install the power grid and fiber optic infrastructure to open a data center on the factory site. The factory will have a huge power substation that will occupy about three square kilometers.

This is because Stephen Chu, a Chinese-American who, as I mentioned earlier, is the deputy director of GEIDCO and the Global Supergrid, was the head of the Energy Department during the Obama administration and still wields influence over the department with Obama in the Trump administration.
This is truly a "national emergency.
