先ほど、アピールチャンスが来た。

ところが、一向に、アピールチャンスの欄に出て来ない。
これはおかしいと思い再送した。
すると程なくもう一度アピールチャンスが来ていた。
前記の問題解明は後回しにして、50 best searches in the past week 2022 9/13 - 文明のターンテーブルThe Turntable of Civilization (goo.ne.jp)を選択して発信した。
これは今日二度目のアピールチャンスへの発信になってしまうのだが。
問題解明の結果は、予想通りだった。

本欄は2011年6月1日から、この犯罪者に、ずっと、様々な検索妨害攻撃という犯罪行為を冒され続けている。
犯罪行為が止まっていたのは、この男が愛媛銀行から1.5億円もの大金を詐取して逮捕され、刑が確定して刑務所に収監されていた、2016年から2018年あたりまでの3年間だけだった。
gooにおける、本欄の毎日の検索結果は、検索数約30000件前後、訪問者数約3000人前後だった。
ところが、この男が娑婆に出てきた日以降なのであろうが、ある日、突然、検索数と訪問者数が1/3に激減されていた。
今は本当に酷い態様である。
この男がお盆休みに海外にでも行っていて、検索妨害行為が出来なかったのだろうが、その期間だけ、まだしもな数字に突然戻った。
私は2011年5月に、担当医師から「生きる確率25％」と宣告された大病を患って8か月間の入院生活を送った。
幸い、完治して、2011年12月16日に退院した。
翌年、この男の犯罪行為のあまりの酷さに、（ネットは大嫌い、インターネットの事は若い弁護士にお願いして）、と言っていた弁護士に刑事告訴を依頼しに行った。
彼は病室にも、見舞いがてら来てくれてもいたから、私と弊社が、この男から被った犯罪態様と金額については全て知っている。
ネット大嫌いな彼ですら、この男の犯罪行為の態様を見るなり、「これは酷い！」と絶句した。
該当する犯罪名として5つほど即座に上げた。
「貴方は、大金を詐取され、大病を患い多額の入院費用を要した。弁護士事務所として受けると最低でも50万円は頂く事になる。それは今の貴方に対して心苦しい。告訴状は、弁護士でも最寄りの警察署に提出に行く。本件は、あなたなら一人でも出来る。告訴状は書いてあげるから費用としては3万円だけで良い。」
当時、最寄りの警察署（大きな警察署である）からは「うちの署内にＰＣは2台しかない。本庁に持って行ってくれないか」、と、署長代理に嘆願された。
彼には、最初に本庁に相談に行った事、その時にも最寄りの警察署で告訴して下さいと指示されたことを伝えた。
幸い刑事課にＰＣやネットに明るい若い刑事が一人いて正式に受理してくれた。
取り調べに対して、犯罪者は、「全て自分がやりました」と自供した。
だが、大阪地検に上がるまで約3年を要した挙句、立件されなかった。
その経緯については以前に既述した通り。
上記の弁護士は元検事である。
「日本の検察は立身出世主義が支配している完全なヒエラルキー型組織である。立件は100%有罪が見込めるもの…証拠等が万全に揃っていて、被害者が銀行等で、書類や、弁護士団を含む法務陣が万全な形で告訴したような案件でない限り、まず立件はされない。立件して有罪にならなければ担当検事の出世の道が断たれるからだ。だから私は検察は大嫌いだ（だから退職し弁護士をしている）。社長は言わば作家になったのだから、その様な巨悪を書いたらどうか？」
私が、仕方なく、こうしてインターネットに登場したのは、当時の梅田・北ヤードの混迷があまりにも酷かったからである事は既述の通り。
そもそも私は検察とは関係が無い人間であるし、検察の事等全くの無知に等しいのだから、内心で（先生、それは先生の仕事で私の仕事ではありませんよ）と応答していた。
ただ、ビジネス上のトラブルで告訴し勝利した親しい人物がいた。
「社長、日本の裁判で勝利するためには有名法律事務所に、最低100万円の着手金が必要」
彼は、大阪で一番の有名法律事務所に、そのようにして依頼、勝訴した。
Google社よ。
いい加減に、この男の信じがたい程に執拗な、この犯罪行為を止めてくれないか。
こんな犯罪行為を、10年以上も好きな様にさせ続けて、世界最高級の会社だなどと、どうして言えるのか。
Google社は、その手口を知っているはずだが。

今朝、ネットに、同志社大学のアメフト部の学生達が、最低の破廉恥罪を犯して逮捕されたというニュースがあった。
上記の犯罪者は、立命館大学でラグビーをしていた。
物心ついた時からラグビー中継を観ていた私は、当時、大のラグビー好きだった。
