The plenary session was held in the House of Councilors to vote for or against about privatization of postal services bill.As more than half of the voters were against that, it was rejected at last.
Prime minister 'Jyunichiro Koizumi' who had wanted eagerly to make the bill passed said he would dissolve the House of Representatives if it wasn't pass.
According to his words, he will do so.
The political situation will be confused.
So the details have been being reported on TV.
Next a space shuttle 'Discovery' comes back to the the earth this evening. In spite of having some problems, they say it's okay in NASA.
I hope it will come back safely.
I went shopping in the morning not to miss these two big news on TV. ＊ Because of the bad weather, the return of 'Discovery' was postponed on the ninth.
