The government and ruling parties have recently come up with a concrete plan that pension benefits for retired civil servants shouled be reduced.
According to the plan, the number of the targeted retired civil servants would come to about nine hundred thousand.Its implementation would be in the year 2007 in the earliest case, and the reduction range would be 10% down in the biggest case.
