¥90で韓国へなど、普通郵便でエアメールが送れたりするということで(2018年11/6現在)、普段使う¥82切手も使い勝手がよくなる¥8切手ですね。去年までのは¥18だったので、あれ？っと思いましたが、確かに¥8の方がより使い易いかも？

In Japan, usually we use ¥82 stamp to send a letter. This ¥8 stamp can get together with a ¥82 stamp, will be ¥90. We can use it for sending letters to Korea or the other countries in the same areas in Asia. Until last year, the post office sold ¥18. ¥8 stamp would be more useful than ¥18?
