出会えた嬉しさに、写真を撮ろうと思ってカバンに手をもっていったら、「チャ…」と鳴かれました。カバンからごはんが出て来ると思ったのかなあ。ってことはもらったことがあるのかい？ でもごめんよ、写真ダケのヒトでした。

I was happy to meet the cat so I'd like to photograph him(she?). When my hand got to my handbag, he meowed. I guessed... he thought that I took out some foods of my bag...? Oh sorry, I am a person who just photograph you...
