私が、このインターネット空間について、本当に呆れるのは、あのような状態は、機械で行っているのだろうとSEは言ったわけだが、私は、ポートスキャナーについて検索して、こんなものが存在している事を初めて知った。そこにはネットのアンダーグランドには、ソフトが流通していると書いてあるのだが、アンダーグランドどころか、フリーソフトとして、誰でも無料ダウンロードできる状態で、存在しているのである。

SEのお蔭で、私は、NTTのCTU設定というものを初めて知った。NTTを使用しているものは誰でも、このソフトが使える事も。

WHOIS情報

また、WHOIS情報という、ポートスキャン攻撃を行って来た相手の、IPアドレスの正体が分かるソフトがあることも知った。

今日、トップバッターにあった攻撃してきている「IPアドレスはベトナムの通信会社に所属しているものだった。

その次にあったIPアドレスはオランダの会社に所属しているもので、その会社が、このIPアドレスは弊社に所属しているものだが、ポートスキャンなどの悪に使用されていることを、サイトで、英文で知らせている。

ことほど左様に、この、「底知れぬ悪」、「まことしやかな嘘」、の悪を持って、日本に棲息している悪党は、インターネットという悪の住処でもある空間に存在している悪をかき集めて、私に対して犯罪行為を行い続けている。

私は、これこそ、れっきととした、もっとも悪質なストーカー行為である事、現実に即した法律にストーカー法を改正して、即刻、取り締まれる対策をとるべきであることを、政治家、メディア、法律制定に影響力をもっている全ての人間に告げる。

日本国民を守るための法律とは、いわゆる市民団体（その多くに在日韓国人たちが関係している事は、もはや周知の事実である）が、提案したものを、嬉々として法案化することなどには、絶対的に無いのである。

日本国に多大の貢献を成し続けている多くの日本国民が、多大な損害を受け続けている現実に即して、物言わぬ多くの日本国民を速やかに救済するための法律を制定することが、日本国の政治家、学者、メディアの責任である事を、今こそ、知るべきなのである。

私の悪人２％説に対して、多すぎるという人間が、ただの一人もいなかった事を知ったからである。

朝日新聞社が、社運を賭けた中の島超高層ツインタワービルの竣工時期にテナントの入居がほぼ決定していなければ、朝日新聞社の業績に深刻な打撃を与え、社運を賭けた事が裏目に出る事は小学生にでも分かる問題である。竹中工務店に施工させた、このビルの竣工時期と大阪梅田・北ヤードの竣工時は、当初は一緒だったのである。

小泉内閣の時、規制改革開放会議の議長を務めていた会社の経営者は、自分の会社を一流にするために、北ヤードがどうしても欲しかったからだろう、関西の名門企業の筆頭格の一社である、阪急電鉄を筆頭にした名門企業、12社を組織して、関西12社連合と称して、入札に対して、いわば、暗黙の了解事項的な行為を成した。それだけにとどまらず、公開入札をして高い価格で入札があった場合、バブルの再燃が心配だ、などという妙な事を言いだした。

その結果、彼は、彼の会社の社是である、半値八掛けで、この、…不動産広告では禁句である、『二度と出ない土地』を取得することに、まんまと成功した。

いわゆるバブルの崩壊以来、大凋落した大阪経済だから、この事については、私は問わなかった。

ところが、この経営者は、定められた着工時期を1年半、遅らせてほしいと大阪市役所の市長に懇願した。当時、夕張市の様な、財政再建団体への転落寸前だった大阪市の市長は、二つ返事で、これを受け入れた。

この経緯が朝日新聞の全段を使用した大特集記事として掲載されたのは、同じサイズで、躍進する上海、…森ビルが、あのビルを上海で竣工した日の記事である。

このままでは5年後に、上海株式市場は東証を抜くだろう、と書いてもあった…5年どころか翌年に、

日本が「文明のターンテーブル」が回っていることなど全く知ることもない、（そんな頭脳は持ってはいない）、気づくこともない、市場関係者で占められていた東証は、

NYSEに並ぶ、世界の大市場にならなければならない等と言う発想も、着想もなかったから、

つまり、そんな頭脳は全くなかったから、あっという間に抜かれたのである。

＊ついでに言えば、中国と言う国は、共産党の一党独裁者たちという、「底知れぬ悪」、「まことしやか嘘」、に共産党の一党独裁と言う悪を加えた者たちで統治されている国だが、人口13億人に相応しい大国に成らなければならないという意識、或は、米国に対する対抗意識は、

日本の愚かなマスメディアなどと、これに準じた政治屋や、いわゆる文化人たちの、朝日新聞の論説員たちの論文を、その頭脳としている、経論すれば、小学生レベルの頭脳が行い続けて来た欺瞞などからは遥かに遠く、

マキャベリズムの真髄、或は、単純に、「力の論理」、で動いているのである。

彼等が米国に対して、或は、米国が象徴する世界の秩序に対して挑戦を始めだしている事、

戦後、国際社会が築き上げて来た国際秩序の変更を目論み出していることは、もはや周知の事実である。

この周知の事実に対して、目を向けようとしないのは、或は、何故か目を背けているのは、朝日新聞を筆頭にしたメディアと、ここの論説委員たちの論説が、その頭脳構造である政治屋たちと、いわゆる文化人たちや、日本共産党ぐらいのものだろう。

さて、

私が、もう許せないどころか、…大阪を人生の舞台に選択した私の人生の、死に等しい事件で、実際、私は三日間、全く仕事をする気力すら失った。

冗談ではない、こんな阿呆な事に負けてたまるか、そう思った私が、たった一人で、関経連、同友会、大阪市役所を相手に、3ケ月間、闘った事は、読者はご存知のとおりである。

とうに、東京ではなく、世界の「TOKYO」に成っていた東京は、

梅田には劣るが、同様に、一等地だった汐留が欲しかったり、そこが東京の再生に関わっている等と言う事などは、思うはずもなく、また、全く、そんな意思とは関係がなかったから、

既存の容積率を上げて、実質的には国民の資産である汐留地区が、1円でも高く売却できるようにして、

世界に開かれた…、正に規制改革、規制開放を行って、世界に開かれた公開入札を行い、あっという間に、…当然の対価として、坪1億円以上で、全ての区画が売却された。

つまり、東京都は、国鉄が私たち国民に残した大赤字である30兆円の回収に、つまりは日本国民に大いに貢献したのである。

大阪では、下妻栄が関経連の会長に就任した時だった。

この北ヤード混迷の黒幕が朝日新聞社だったと私が気付いたことも読者はご存知のとおり。

この事の象徴的な言葉が、第二期分譲を止めて、緑の公園にしたらどうか、という、正に、「見せかけのモラリズム」、の極みの様な、下妻の発言だった。

そんなに緑の公園が大事なら、これまで、さんざん、ないがしろにしてきた、世界の何処に出しても恥ずかしくない、大阪城公園があるではないか。そんなに緑の公園が欲しい、大事だと本当に思っているのなら、大阪城公園を、もっと大事にしろ。市民と世界に、もっとPRしろ。

私が、そう怒った事も読者はご存知のとおりである。

＊今、大阪城公園は、大阪を訪れる外人観光客にとって、絶対に訪れるべき場所、mustな場所になっている。

私の戦いは、功を奏した確信があった。

だが、その後に、今度は、この第二期分譲を止めて、サッカー場を造って、ワールドカップを誘致しようなどという運動を誰かが開始して、当時の平松市長が音頭を取り出した事を、NHK関西の夕方6時の番組が伝えた。

この事の、巧妙な悪辣さを鑑みれば、黒幕が朝日新聞であることを露呈していた運動だった事も、今と成っては明瞭だろう。

朝日新聞と言うのは、「底知れぬ悪」、「まことしやか嘘」、に、共産党の一党独裁と言う悪を加えた者たちの悪と、同様に、その悪が、執拗で、悪辣な事は、

一昨年8月に、この新聞社の実態を知った日本で知性を持つ誰もが、以降、何度も目にしてきたとおりである。
