慰安婦像の作家である金運成氏は川韓慰安婦合意が公表された直後、左派系新聞のハンギョレ新聞社が発行する週刊誌『ハンギョレ21』（2016年1月11日号）のインタビューで、慰安婦像制作過程を次のように詳しく語っている。

で、朝日新聞は、ＮＨＫが流したＥＴＶ特集の番組について、安倍と中川が政治介入して改竄させたと大誤報を飛ばした。

これ、ホントに「誤報」だと認めたら、朝日新聞が存廃の危機に立たされるぐらいヒドい記事だったんだけど。

朝日は、本田と自社を守るために忖度できる人間ばかり集めて、朝日直営の「第三者委員会」なるものを作って誤魔化した。　

その第三者委員会のメンバーの一人が長谷部恭男だった。

彼は朝日の意を体して「誤報でなく、取材不足でした。だから朝日新聞は無罪」みたいな結論にした。

以後、朝日の子飼いになって、朝日に都合のいい憲法解釈を振りまいてきたんです。

そんなの調べれば、すぐに分かるはずなのに、船田元はそれも知らなかった。

ダメ男の見本だね。

私か知るかぎり、日本の憲法学者の大半は「憲法学」の専門家ではなく、「日本国憲法－解釈学」の専門家。

つまり、条文の文言を「正しいモノ」として、条文自体への批判的論評を避ける人たちということですね。　

だからこそ、日本の憲法学者の約七割もの人が「自衛隊は憲法違反である」なんて答えるようになってしまう。

こういう思考回路は「憲法＝無謬（誤りのないモノ）」という妄信を崩さないかぎり、変わらないでしょう。

高山　

憲法が無謬なんて、とんでもないよ。

ついこの前だって、ショー・バイテン（オバマ政権時の副大統領）が「日本を核武装させないように、われわれ米国が『日本国憲法』を書いたんだ」つて“真実”を囗にしていたじゃないか。

ケント　

ええ、もしも憲法が無謬なら、たとえば、1789年段階の米国憲法に記されていた実質的に黒人奴隷を意味する「その他すべての人々」の一票の効力は、白人の一票に満たない「5分の3人」とみなす差別も間違っていないということになってしまいます。　

本来、憲法学者というのは「現行憲法の不備」を指摘するとともに、それを現実に即して正すための研究をやらなきゃいけない。

ものすごく奇妙な人たちですね。

米国の憲法学でもっとも重視されるのは、憲法とはどうあるべきか。

すなわち「憲法観」です。　

憲法を不磨の大典として崇めるのではなく、まず現実を直視して、その現実に対応するための「解釈」に頭を使う。　

どうやっても現実に対応できないのであれば、新たに「加憲」することを考える。

それが米国の憲法学です。

高山　

そういう講義をしていたら、まちがっても長谷部恭男（憲法学者）みたいなのは出てこないよね。

ケント

衆院の憲法審査会で「安保法制は違憲だ」と主張した人ですか。

でも、彼を呼んだのは自民党でしょ。

高山　

だから、脇が甘いんですよ。

僕はずっと前から、長谷部を胡乱な奴だと思ってみていた。

安倍さんをはじめ、自民党の幹部だって、彼がまともじゃない「朝日新聞のお抱え学者」だと知っていたはずなんです。　

だって普通の人でも、2005年に朝日新聞が「安倍晋三（内閣官房副長官／当時）と中川昭一　（経産大臣／当時）がＮＨＫを脅して番組を改竄させた」つて騒いで、まったく誤報だった事件を覚えていますよ。

ケント　

元朝日記者の松井やよりとか、なんらの根拠もなく旧日本軍の慰安婦「41万人（うち中国人20万人）」説をプロパガンダしている蘇智良（上海師範大学教授）とか、反日活動家が総出演していた「女性国際戦犯法廷」と称するイベントを、ＮＨＫが取材した件ですね。

＊村上春樹が南京大虐殺４０万人等と書いたのは、この蘇智良（上海師範大学教授）の言っているとおりの事を書いたのだろう。彼がどこで何をしているのかについては日本国民は全く知らなかった。世界中の高級リゾートに滞在して本を書いている事を知った私が怪訝に思った事、中国の諜報機関は、こういう人間を逃さないだろうなと思った事、諜報機関が工作する時の初歩的な手段がマネートラップ、ハニートラップである事は常識である事。…援助交際クラブなどに頻繁に出入りしていた霞が関の官僚を彼らが見逃すはずはないだろう。世界中の高級リゾートでベストセラー本を書いている様な人間も見逃すはずはないのである。＊
