The "Turntable of Civilization" suddenly appeared in July 2010 to let the world know a truth no one had ever conceived before.

Japan's ability to communicate with the international community has been too weak to create the unstable and dangerous world we live in today.

Japan is a country that has built a rich culture and civilization since the beginning of time.
The fertility and uniqueness of the Japanese language are also well-known facts.
We had reached the highest level of intelligence, freedom, and art in the Japanese language world.
In other words, we are a nation that has achieved and perfected truth, goodness, and beauty.
However, things are always inextricably linked and contradictory.
Behind every advantage, there is a disadvantage.

English was not necessary at all.
It made Japan's ability to communicate with the world extremely weak.

So I sent it out, sometimes in a hundred languages.
The "turntable of civilization" lasts 200 years.
For the next 170 years, until the following country turns (I guessed it would be Brazil), Japan must lead the world in parallel with the United States.
The other thing I realized was that for those 170 years, the "turntable of civilization" must also continue to be transmitted.

There are several purposes for starting crowdfunding.
The Internet is the most incredible library in humankind's history, and it must not be overrun by criminals, etc.
We want to receive financial support from people around the world who agree with us on this point.

But why do these criminals continue to commit such relentless criminal acts?
There are two reasons.
Unlike the U.S., where lawyers are paid on a contingency fee basis, they are paid in advance in Japan.
Victims who have been defrauded of large sums of money do not have the luxury of money.
It takes about three years to get a case to the district attorney's office if you go it alone or hire an ordinary law firm, as evidenced by the lawsuit I filed alone in 2012.
On top of that, the chances of getting a case are next to zero.
However, if I were a very famous person who hired one of Japan's leading law firms and paid a lot of money to file a lawsuit, the opposite would be true. At that time, very famous actresses such as Masami Nagasawa, Keiko Kitagawa, etc., had their passwords are stolen, etc.
The offender, in this case, a 28-year-old man from Osaka, was convicted in about a year and a half.
Unless you hire one of the most prestigious law firms in Japan, you will not be able to win a case like this and bring criminal punishment to the evildoers who continue to commit criminal acts on the Internet and eradicate their evil.

It is why many victims cry themselves to sleep, and the crooks continue to commit their criminal acts.

The 28-year-old man mentioned above should never have committed a criminal act on the Internet again. In other words, without criminal penalties and severe punishment, there is no way to stop illegal activities.
The second reason is that the only way to get Google to take corrective action is to file a complaint against them.
We will demand that Google post the phone number of their counseling center on the Internet and hire and assign staff to help people who criminals are victimizing.
I want to get support from people all over the world who are critical of Google.
The damage I have suffered is enormous, but I will only mention it.
I will only be asking for legal fees, etc.
If I win the case and pay the legal fees, I will immediately return the money to my supporters.

I'm sick and tired of it.
So, for the first time since I appeared on the scene in July 2010, my daily work has stalled.
I have a mountain of genuine papers piling up, though, that perfectly verify the truth of things the world doesn't know.
I want to ask my readers to please wait and re-read the chapters I have sent out so far.
The recent ones, both in Japanese and English, and almost all of the chapters in various languages, are worth re-reading.
There are many chapters that you can re-read and think, "I did a good job.

「文明のターンテーブル」は、かつて誰も発想し得なかった真実を世界に知らしめるために2010年7月に忽然と登場した。
日本が世界に誇る大企業のトップ達、殆ど全部の日本を代表する大学の教授達、霞が関、衆議院（国会議員達）が連日、読んでくれていた。
クラウドファンディングを開始する爲に推敲していて気が着き発信した真実。
一つは、不安定で極めて危険な今の世界を作っているのは日本の国際社会に対する発信力が余りにも弱かったからである事。
以下は先日のクラウドファンディング開始の予告文からである。
日本は有史以来、豊かな文化、文明を構築して来た国です。
日本語の豊饒さ、独特さも周知の事実です。
私達は日本語の世界で最高の知性と自由や芸術、その高みを極めていた。
つまり真・善・美を達成、完成していた国民なのです。
ですが、物事は常に表裏一体、一律背反。
長所の裏には欠点が存在しています。
世界最高と言っても全く過言ではない日本の文化・文明は、独特な言語空間である日本語の中で完成しています。
英語は全く必要ではなかった。
その事が日本の世界に対する発信力を極めて弱くしていた。
私は「文明のターンテーブル」として登場して直ぐにその事に気づきましたが、これを正そうとする者が皆無である事にも気が着いた。
それで、私は、多い時には100か国語で発信しました。
「文明のターンテーブル」は、200年続く。
次に回る国（私は、それはブラジルだと推測した）まで、後170年間、日本は米国と並列して世界をリードして行かなければならない。
もう一つは、その170年間、「文明のターンテーブル」も発信され続けなければならない事に気が着いたのです。

クラウドファンデングを開始する目的は幾つかあります。
インターネットは人類史上最大の図書館である事、この図書館を犯罪者等に蹂躙させてはならない事、この点について、その通りとご同意していただける世界中の人たちから浄財の支援を頂きたい。
以下は先日のクラウドファンディング開始の予告文からである。
インターネットは人類史上最大の図書館である。
にもかかわらず、何故、この犯罪者の様な執拗な犯罪行為が為され続けるのか？
そこには二つの理由があります。
弁護士に対する報酬が成功報酬である米国とは違い、日本は先払いなのです。
多額のお金を詐取された被害者には金銭的な余裕はありません。
2012年に私が一人で告訴した実例に明らかなように、一人で、或いは普通の法律事務所に依頼した場合、地検に上がるまでだけで約3年を要します。
おまけに立件される可能性はゼロに等しい。だが、私が超有名人で日本有数の法律事務所に依頼し多額の費用を支払って訴訟した場合は、その逆です。当時、長澤まさみ、北川景子等の超有名女優達がパスワードを盗まれる等の被害に遭いました。この件の犯罪者である大阪府下の28歳の男は約1年半で有罪判決を受けました。
日本有数の名門法律事務所に依頼しなければ、今回の様な事案に勝訴して、インターネット上で犯罪行為を冒し続ける悪党に刑事罰を与え、彼らの悪を根絶する事はできません。
最低100万円以上の費用が掛かる事は衆知の事実です。
だから多くの被害者が泣き寝入りし、悪党達は犯罪行為を冒し続けるのです。
この状態にピリオドを打ちインターネット空間から犯罪者を永久に追放します。
上記の28歳の男は、二度とインターネット上で犯罪行為は冒していないはずです。つまり刑事罰を与えて厳罰に処しなければ、犯罪行為を止める事はできないのです。
第二の目的は、Google社に対して、是正等を実行させるためには、告訴するしか方法がないからです。
Google社に対しては、ネット上に相談窓口の電話番号を記載する事、犯罪者から被害を被っている人達の相談に乗るための人員を雇用し配置する事を要求し、実現させます。
Google社に対して、批判的な思いを抱いている世界中の人たちから支援を得たい。
私が被った被害は甚大なものですが、これについては触れるのみに留めます。
訴訟費用の請求等だけにします。
勝訴し訴訟費用の支払いが行われたら、即、支援者の方たちに還元します。

クラウドファンディングが開始されるまでは、後、１か月以上の時間がかかります。
その事と、
2011年6月から開始されて今なお続いている犯罪者による「文明のターンテーブル」に対する攻撃が、2/19以降、信じがたいほどに悪辣に至った態様に、
流石に、私もウンザリしている。
それで、2010年7月に登場して以来、初めて、毎日の発信作業が停滞しています。
世界が知らない物事の真相を完璧に検証した本物の論文は、山の様に積みあがっていますが。
毎日、お読みいただいている読者の方々には、これまでに私が発信して来た章を再読して、お待ちください。
特に、近年のものは日英両文、及び各国語の章のほぼ全てが、再読に値する内容です。
再読して、「我ながら、よくぞやった」、と思う事も暫しの章がたくさんあります。
